I ordered an umbrella and tees for a friends birthday. It entitled me to free delivery and said it would take 3 - 7 working days. 2 weeks later I was still waiting. I emailed them and 118golf sent me an email with no apology stating the shipment has been sent that day. I have now received the item but way past my friends birthday. I would have rated them better if 118golf email was a little more apologetic.
