I bought an Odyssey #7 from 118golf and I wasn't very impressed with the overall service I received. The club was late arriving, and I had to call 118golf to find out that there was a problem with the delivery instead of them calling me. When it did arrive there was no bubble wrap around the club, it was just loosely packed in a box so would have been banging around during delivery. There was also marks all over the sole of the club from where stickers or something had been removed. To be fair to them they did say they would offer a refund or replacement but i would have to cover the cost of returning the club to them. After emailing them again I then heard nothing back from them.
