Not received yet so how can I give a review??
Sent review but have still not received order even thoug UPS was meant to be sending a teaching number no e-mail and no order arrived!!!! Did try to phone but got an answering machine, Be happy to review when Oder eventually arrives!!!

Great genuine company and service!
I've rated 118Golf 5 stars due to there great prices, quick delivery and genuine service!
I've also entered one of the competitions lately and won myself a brand new Scotty Cameron putter which was delivered next day from me choosing it!

I ordered a club on Monday night and it came on Wednesday ,.it was next day shipping for free and it all went to plan.
118 golf have the best prices on most golf stuff, I always check 118 against the rest.

disappionted
Having ordered RBZ 3w 17* it arrived within a couple of days unfortunately it was the 15* version contacted 118 who arranged return & sent out replacement after a bit to &fro of emails "apparently lost in warehouse" but unfortunately this one turned out to be the 15* also by which time I'd given up & asked for refund!!

118 "aint that great"!.
Order should have been next day!. Order date 31/05/13. After several unanswered E-mails and one telephone call, they replied telling me I should receive my 3 wood on the 7th of June. I live in hopes!!!.
Not impressed with their so called Customer Service. They need to react more positively and with the customer not left waiting for information or their goods!!.

Best Price by far, had to have it and got it within 24 hours brilliant service
Spent ages looking for a 14 divider stand bag because my clubs are not cheap and I wanted best possible protection. Researched the net and my pro shop. Most bags were being discounted from around £150 down to £120. 118 came up with a Taylor Made bag which is one of the best on the market for £100. Ordered Monday morning arrived Tuesday morning. Can't ask for better service and value. 118 should be the first site to look at

118golf has an easy website to navigate and easily find what your looking for. I like to find it and pay for it fast and I can do this with118golf. They always have what I'm looking for and competitive pricing. I ordered two items last time, but only received one with a note saying second item to follow but no explanation why. I have no doubt I will receive the item and I will be shopping with 118golf soon again.

Customer service needs looking into
Ordered some clubs which stated they were in stock , qualified for free delivery within 5/7 working days.
Numerous contact from my end, emails/phone calls to eventually be told they were out of stock and had to be ordered in from taylormade. And that they would send them next day delivery when they eventually arrived.
My issues are that I had to make all the contact, not even a hint of an email to explain what was going on until I chased it.
When they were eventually shipped there was a problem with the courier service which yes isn't golf118's fault, but when I phoned to enquire about where my order was and why it says it had been delivered didn't get offered much of an apology. That the courier service do this quite alot (then why continue to use them) and it will be delivered the following day. TWO DAYS later than should of been.
Followed up with an email after saying I was unhappy with the service I received yet nothing back...this was yesterday.
Sent another email today to say I finally received them if they were actually interested at all.

A companyy you can deal withj and not have any worries
So many bad reviews for 118 golf but I have to say I give them 10 out of io.My golf bag arrived earlier than expected. Discovered the rain cover was missing.Phoned. Spoke to a very helpful young man who rand Wilsion Golf. First class post arrived next day and there was my rain cover. Dealtt with most efficiently. Well done 118 Golf.

Very good service
The putter I bought was a very good price and delivery was free.
It took 6 days from order to dispatch but as it was over the Bank Holiday I thought that was reasonable.
Once dispatched it arrived within 24 hours.
I would certainly use this company again.

price promis a gimmick
good service untill you find their products cheaper on the web and ask for them to refund the difference under their PRICE PROMIS, then you wont hear any more from them.
