Ordered a golf club on Sunday pm and it arrived Tuesday morning - cant ask for more than that. They were also the best price by a good 10%. Have used before with same result. Mind you, the real test of service is if something goes wrong, but yet to experience this with 118 golf.

I purchased a Taylor MadeRocketBallz Rescue wood from 118golf this week, it arrived next day delivery. Wow!!! So fast. The club is exactly what I ordered, I have tried it out already and I am equally delighted with my purchase. I have also praised 118Golf to my golf buddies, price comparison, quickness of delivery, etc...Company can not be faulted. Completely satisfied
Everything perfect except the homedelivery. Should be a notification (sms, mail)of expected delivery in a timespan of for ex 4 hours.
Now it is delivery 9-19 and no possibilty to phone the driver.

Great site to buy golf products
Found site via Google search engine and found what I was looking for easily. Order and payment via site very efficient and goods delivered by UPS 5 days following the order (this included 2 weekend days) so very efficient. The golf battery has now been charged and I'm ready to go.

Very efficient with excellent staff on hand to answer any questions.
I ordered the club with 118 because they had the most competitive price. There was a slight issue with my bank card but I was made aware of it very quickly and it was resolved. The club was delivered the next day at no extra cost. All and all a very good experience and I would look to use them again for any further purchase.

Very poor service
My order was shipped from 118golf 10 days after order date - but payment was executed by 118golf at the same day, that I placed the order.
118golf don't respond on mail, you can only get in contact with them by phone.
Price on the driver that I ordered was reduced by 30£ during the period from my order placement and shipment - but I paid full Price !

Fantastic Cart Bag
Couldn't be more pleased with this golf bag. Massive amounts of storage/pockets. Looks great, sits well on my motocady, love the umbrella pouch! Really well made, great quality. Would definately recommend to anyone thinking about buying. Looks as good as a tour bag. Really quick delivery, received bag within 2 days of ordering. Thank you 118 golf will definately use again.

Fantastic shopping experience on the internet today....
Ordered a new club and some shoes, etc on internet (Monday lunchtime) - and hoping I would get them before the weekend ad want to try them out - guess what - Tuesday morning - all arrived!!!! All as described - fantastic service - very happy and will use again. :-)

Cold Hands, not any more.
I bought and tried Heat Pak (Hand Warmers) as I suffer terribly from cold hands.
I followed simple instructions and slid the little hand warmers inside my gloves, they were brilliant lasted all day long, it was a bitter cold day and we were on a day trip to the coast, (April 5th)
I kid you not they last and last, result a great day out with warm cosy hands.

Although I have not used the cover bag for my clubs yet, it looks as per the picture and description so unless it falls apart on my travels I cant say.
