Efficient confidential service
The website provided detailed, but easy-to-follow information. The female adviser with whom I placed my order over the phone was pleasant, and was also diplomatic and sensitive when asking me the necessary questions. This mattered a great deal to me, in view of the nature of my problem - (erectile dysfunction.) I received my order promptly. I warmly recommend this service, especially to any man who is too embarrassed to approach his GP.

I have been overcharged on my last purhase but usually they are v reliable.
I am happy with the service but I was overcharged on my last purchase. I am still waiting for my refund. I trust this will be dealt with and refunded to my bank account without delay.

Hiya , if your looking for a genuine and a most trustworthy place to recieve medication regarding sexual matters , then this site i definately recommend , they do a quick and thorough check of your medical history and care for the patient and understand their needs .
If they may think that there may be a slight problem with dosage , then you get a quick call from the online doctor and talk you through it .

IT WORKS!!!! I don't smoke anymore and now neither should you, 121doc was helpfull speedy and confidential, a great service.

Very fast decision to prescribe & deliver

Quick and painless!

Delivery information on website not accurate and misleading
I used the site as it looked professional and as I wanted the order to arrive asap I chose this site because of the following quote from the website...
¨ All orders placed after 2pm are dispatched by 5.30pm Monday to Friday. ¨
as I ordered at 4pm I expected the dispatch email to arrive at 5.30. I used the live chat to ask why I had not received a dispatch email and was told that as I had ordered after the 2pm cut off time the order would be dealt with the following day.
I paid more for the order than I would have done from other sites based on the quote from the website.
I wouldnt have ordered from 121doc had I known. the package arrived and was well packaged and product was as expected.
I suggest they revise the website info to more clear.
