Quick service and good information about each medication
I have used 121doc a few times now and am always impressed by the product information and the speed of delivering the products. I am always torn though between 121doc and the 'not so legitimate' companies, that offer similar products for a fraction of the price. But saying that I completely trust 121doc com, where as I am never sure WHAT I am taking with some of the other companies!

they said I would get a 10% discount with a code, no where to put it and forgot by the time I had ordered - not happy
They sent me an email saying I would get a 10% discount but then there was no place on the web site to put the code, I ordered without the discount and then contacted them and have had no reply.

Poor Mail Delivery Service
New packaging is bulky which is unecessary.
Ordered 11.00am 27/09/2012 expecting delivery next day.
Not at home on 29/09/2012 so package returned to sorting office.
To get package on Monday 01/10/2012 had to collect from sorting office five miles from home

My very own computer doctor-fantastic.
This is a great service. I ordered one day and the next I had my order. As a healthy woman it is so much simpler to order my pills this way. I have recently moved to Poland and to find a doctor here who speaks English is so much trouble. Also it does away with waiting is clinics for hours.

Efficient confidential service
The website provided detailed, but easy-to-follow information. The female adviser with whom I placed my order over the phone was pleasant, and was also diplomatic and sensitive when asking me the necessary questions. This mattered a great deal to me, in view of the nature of my problem - (erectile dysfunction.) I received my order promptly. I warmly recommend this service, especially to any man who is too embarrassed to approach his GP.

I have been overcharged on my last purhase but usually they are v reliable.
I am happy with the service but I was overcharged on my last purchase. I am still waiting for my refund. I trust this will be dealt with and refunded to my bank account without delay.
