Needed a bracket to lift our TV off a cabinet to free up some space. A good deal of research led us to 123Brackets - both on quality of product and on recommended service quality (all reviews were extremely positive). We were not at all disappointed - our 42" Plasma has been lifted from its base onto the wall and it has transformed the front room - and all at a great price. Thank you.
123Brackets sounded a bit shady to me at first, I found my bracket and it cost me not even £3, when it arrived not that long after my purchase I put it up withing 10minutes. It was so easy and my TV hasn't fallen off the wall yet :) really happy with it
Sold a tv brackets that "fits all lg15" TVs". Not they don't. Even had to send pictures to prove it because they doubted me. The number on the website is only sales advice. They cannot deal with any other query. They have to send an email to another office for the other office to send you an email in 2-3 hours. That's if they can be bothered. They will not call them as they don't have a phone, apparently. It's all done on email. God only know what they did before that. Fax and post I'm guessing. Been waiting five days for someone to get back to me. I think they have Borat working in after sales.
After doing a little research, Brackets R Us have an identical phone number and a very similar website. Most probably the same people

As there are so many brackets for TVs, I decided to phone up for assistance. The lady was extremely helpful and really took the time to make sure I ordered the correct bracket. It came very promptly, was good value and easy to install (or so my husband informed me!). Would definitely use 123brackets again!
Website is easy to use - found correct brackets no problem and competitively priced. Only issue this time was the fact ordered Sunday 25th August but not delivered until Thursday 29th August and even allowing for Bank Holiday it was certainly not next day delivery - parcel went from England to Scotland and then back to England! My daughter was getting rather impatient as she wanted the TV on the wall and I had told her it should be here on the Wednesday at the latest.
Used this site many times, for myself and other family members. Good selection of options from budget to expensive. Never had any problems and always a quick delivery. Thanks 123-brackets
Product arrived on time and is well worth the money. All necessary fittings supplied. Only issue was attaching the spirit level but easily remedied. Bracket was strong and attaching to LCD was simple.
Could do with better instructions, but again easy enough to figure out what to do. All in all, great service, excellent product and happy with the end results. Would highly recommend this company
Very impressed with the service from 123brackets, the website was easy to use and the brackets got delivered very quickly. Was also impressed by the discount I got when ordering multiple items however the actual bracket itself was a bit wobbly (this may have been down to how it was installed though so can't be sure it was a problem with the actual bracket)
Ordered my TV Bracket from 123Brackets and it arrived on time. Great! I thought, until I opened the box. Wrong bracket.
Called the 0845 number and they seem to be just an answering service probably answering calls for a number of companies. I was informed that I would need to email the company (got the impression I was one of many who have made this call!)
Sent an email explaining how the bracket was not suitable for me as the hinges need to be tightened with a screw driver and the bracket I had ordered the hinges can be nipped up with Knobs using finger. Due to it's location this is the crux of ordering the bracket I ordered. Simples!
Well, according to the mail received back from Gill they are "out of stock" of the ordered bracket - despite stating "in stock" on the website - and so they sent out a superior in stock bracket and infer I should be grateful.
Funnily enough I am not. The allegedly superior bracket is tat and useless for the installation I intended so pretty much scrap to me.
I have replied to the benevolent "Gill" (?pseudonym?) that I would like to know when the bracket I have ordered will be in stock and that I expect return postage to be covered for the superior bracket which, she admitted is not the one I ordered!
Well I suspect I know where this is going and I will be asked to pay the return costs of the bracket I didn't order.
I am waiting for a reply to my requests and being an optimist will reserve judgement if and when I get a reply! I am prepared to eat humble pie if they behave like responsible traders.
I am also more than prepared to take this matter much further, I will be contributing to the database being compiled by watchdog and will be informing trading standards and contacting as many websites that list 123Brackets for sale and asking them if they feel associating with such a company reflects well on them.
Not quite at the point where I go in guns blazing yet, as the title said, wish i'd read reviews of the company hence this one.

Just had an email from Gill, have to say they do reply fairly promptly, offering me a refunded discount of 5% should I choose to keep it. I have sent yet another mail stating it's not the one I ordered and that to me it is useless!
I have also been informed that they are likely to be out of stock for some 14-15 weeks despite still being listed as in stock on the web site!
I'm really starting to get a feel of how this company operates and hope you are too.
I have formally requested a full refund with a return postage label for the bracket that was not ordered and not wanted.
More to follow I'm sure!

I telephoned for advice as I could not work out which bracket was the best option, so much to choose from! I received immediate advice which I thought pretty good considering the range. I ordered on-line and the product arrived within 24 hours. Superb!
I buy a lot on the web now and in all my time of dealing with online companies, 123Brackets are possibly one of the best. I am renovating my house and needed 3 brackets quickly. Although I was slightly over their cut-off time, they did all they could and still delivered next day, Unfortunately my electrician messed up the wiring run so we couldn't use 2 of them. They were incredibly understanding and kind and even let me deliver back to their warehouse so i didn't have to pay postage. All in all would highly recommend.
Ordered my Bracket on Friday late evening, its installed by Mid morning Tuesday. I live in Northern Ireland and the service was excellent.
I spoke to the "helpline" about the bad reviews and explained my concerns. I was put at ease and am very happy I chose this item, when similar were costing 3-4 times the price.
The TV is secure, it's easy to move and I will use again..... As will all my family and friends when I recommend them.
First of all, great bracket. I checked prices online and in shops and it was definitely the most competitive.
Ordered the bracket on Friday afternoon, it arrived on Saturday – perfect as it was my day off, so I thought I’ll have a whole day to play with it. Turns out it was pretty straightforward and didn't take very long!
Instructions were clear and easy to follow – it was really simple to assemble the bracket and it came with all screws, washers, plugs, etc. (Really bugs me when there are bits missing!)
The arm extends a good two feet, so even in a small space I was able to mount my TV to it. It folds back really close to the wall, so I was able to have the front of the TV flush with the entertainment centre. It looks like it was made to fit, and I have all of the electrical wiring; mains lead, hdmi and scart neatly tucked behind. Really chuffed with it!
It was on the wall in no time and the family thought I'd bought a new TV!

I'm one of those nerds that spend months researching before buying a ballpoint pen and buying a TV mount was no exception. I scoured through dozens and dozens of wall mounts and finally settled on this TV bracket. I read all of the negative and positive reviews and decided that for the price it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy the mount was. This bracket was so solid that I believe it could have easily supported a much larger and heavier TV than mine one.
Yes, it was a bit tough to move at first, but I would much rather it be too tough to move than too loose, also mind you – it was a brand new one! You’re new shoes are always – I noticed – too tight in the beginning, but all good after 1 or 2 days of wearing them. In any case, it did quickly loosen up to where it was easy enough for me, yet it still stayed 'firm' enough to hold the desired position. I did not find the construction flimsy at all, quite the contrary it was durable and solid.
Installation was really easy and while I am pretty handy the directions were simple enough for anyone to follow; in fact I found it so easy that I installed the mount and TV by myself. Once a stud was located the mount was rock solid. It was nice to be able to move our older TV in any direction (up, down, side to side, in, out). I really wanted an articulating arm and this did the trick. The bolt pattern on the back matched up to the obscure pattern on our TV just fine.
Had no problems with the order and delivery. The lady was very nice on the phone, it arrived within a day, and bracket was in perfect condition.
Would recommend to everyone, as my researched didn’t disappoint me!
I ordered a deluxe cantilever TV bracket model A201BSLV. However I received a different model E3012FSLV.
I called their helpline to tell them about it but was told that I needed to email their after sales department. I was told that the helpline was actually the sales team and they will not be able to help with after sales enquiries. I asked to speak to the supervisor but was told by the sales agent (Michelle) that the supervisor had already left at 12 noon and that she was the only one in the building.
I wrote my email to the sales department the same day and was told that the product I ordered was no longer available and hence I was received an upgrade. However the model they send me was only £22.99 on their own website compared to the one I ordered which was £31.45. I cannot believe how they can call this an upgrade. This is obviously fraud! Also if the product ordered was no longer available i should have been informed first rather than just being send some other product. I cannot believe this and think this is appalling.
I pointed out the fact that the product they send me was a cheaper one on their website. To which they responded by stating that the product number on the packaging was wrong.
I wrote again to them and send them a picture of the product and the box with the model number. I told them that the items description was also different and hence I wanted a full refund. To this the after sales agent (Gill) replied that as I no longer wanted the product I had to ship it back at my cost. I cannot believe this. They send me the wrong stuff and want me to pay the return shipping cost. It feels like as if they are forcing me to keep the wrong product which I did not even purchase.
I called the sales helpline desk again and spoke to Michelle who told me there was nothing she could do and I should write in email again. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor and she initially said there was no supervisor around. I kept insisting and then she said she was the supervisor! I reminded her that she had initially said the supervisor had left and that either she is lying now or before. What kind of company employs sales agents that lie so blatantly and what kind of company leaves its junior sales agent to run the department unsupervised? Also how can the sales and after sales department not communicate with each other. One might think they were located in different countries.
I feel that this company has been fraudulent in its sales and has misleading advert online. Also the customer service is non-existent and the sales department rude.
I have asked for a full refund and for return postage to be paid but not had a reply yet.
Would not recommend to buy from this company!

Thank you for the reply. But there really is no point in giving a number to call you on when it is the general sales team number. I called the number (0845 676 9300) and was on hold for 15 minute at which point I decided to hang up. Your response of an offer does not seem to be genuine otherwise I would have been given a direct-line to you to sort this problem out. I am afraid to post the item back after reviewing all the comments on this forum (It seems many who have posted the item have not gotten a full refund). I will count this as a loss and move on.

Quick delivery, correct size and great value for money
An excellent company. They helped me with identifying the correct bracket for my Wharfdale TV, had th item in stock and free next day delivery.
The item arrived the next day at 2.30 pm. Delivery to my local depot was at 7.15am that morning.
