[REPLY]
Received incorrect bracket from 123brackets and the reply email told me it was an upgrade to a superior model, not true. After a number of insulting emails they finally sent me the forms to return bracket at my expense. I located the bracket I originally wanted at another online store, BracketsRus. The exact same thing happened again, both deliveries came from the same address, so its pretty clear that these are the same company.
Im in the process of returning my incorrect orders and if there true to there word I'll get a refund, time will tell I guess, I'll report back as and when.
THE PRODUCTS ARE OF CHEAP QUALITY. BOUGHT A FLAT SCREEN BRACKET, WHICH DIDN'T FIT, SCREWS WERE MISSING AND THE INTRUCTIONS WERE SHOCKING AND UNREADABLE. ASKED FOR A REFUND TOWARDS THE COST OF RETURN POSTAGE AND REFUSED.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
I entered into this purchase with a few doubts because of these reviews on this site. However I have felt my contact with the company has been excellent and they delivered a very well made bracket with fixings and offered a 30 day money back guarantee.
My boss changed my mind saying something that was really quite true. Reviews are generally only from disgruntled customers and are not a true reflection of the company. I found this to be true in this situation.
Thank you.
I've already exhausted myself adding comments to the other reviews. Please SEE THEM to get a real flavor of how I feel about this ABSOLUTELY APPALLING COMPANY and its derivatives. I've only found 3 but there are probably more out there? They should ALL be put out of business ASAP due to their total lack of honesty and integrity. They are selling brackets for £30/£40/£50 & £100 Then sending brackets that are priced at £20 on their website. In my opinion they have purchased a consignment of brackets, A06BLK which they are unable to sell due to the inherent design faults of only having 2 hole wall-fixings, vertically spaced, with a narrow seating area. Anyone with any technical knowledge would recognize that over time the forces acting on the cantilever arms will loosen the fixings and cause the TV to plummet to the floor. Would YOU trust your £300 - £400 - £600 TV to this set-up - NO YOU WOULDN'T. Don't get me wrong the bracket (A06BLK) that was incorrectly delivered to me is a good sturdy piece of engineering, which looks good and functions as it should. But with the design fault mentioned I would not/will not mount my TV (11Kg) on it,without modifications. Which I don't intend mentioning here, as I would sooner see the companies FAIL? With some effort on my part I will make the bracket work but most people do not have the time, energy and expertise necessary to do this. So the companies concerned: 123rackets.co.uk; racketsrus.co.uk & tvrackets4u.co.uk will continue to scam the UK public with their underhanded;shoddy;un-principled ways. UNLESS STOPPED BY YOU JOE PUBLIC!
REVIEW UPDATE 09/01/2013
email today offering me a different bracket - they must have seen my original review. If I accept their offer it will cost me £6 to send the bracket back. What do you think the chances of getting the new bracket are (marks from 1-10) and what are the chances of getting a refund when I've sent it back (marks again 1-10).
I will mark it 0-0. Because I think I will then be £36.45 out of pocket with nothing to mount my TV on. WHEN TRUST HAS GONE - ITS GONE
Would you Trust them? Comments Please.
REVIEW UPDATE 10/01/2013
Another email today from 123rackets,they will pay for me to return the bracket and send me another one or give me a refund. READERS I wonder why? Has your trust score gone up yet! Mine's not still (0-0).
Just sent the initial story of to WATCHDOG on their website (what a bind). I've run out of steam tonight so I'll leave doing RIP OF BRITAIN (The 3 fair Ladies) until tomorrow or maybe a weekend job. Did you know that Jennie Bond is 60, Angela Rippon is 66 and Gloria Hunniford is 70. I perhaps shouldn't mention their ages but I was absolutely amazed when I read the article about them. They have still defiantly got it all - charm, charisma & professionalism. Makes me look and feel about 110 and I'm only 64 honest.
Wish I'd found this site's reviews before buying from 123 rackets. I now realise I have been played the same way that many others clearly have. Ordered a bracket only to have a completely different one delivered. When I contacted them they tried to tell me it's an "upgrade" but it's a gigantic, massively heavy piece of tat and totally unsuitable. "Joe" in customer support has been evasive at every turn and latest ploy was to ask me what model etc TV I have so they can recommend a suitable bracket. The one I ordered is still showing as in stock on their site (and on their sister site bracketsrus.co.uk, operating out of the same address). Have demanded a refund under the sales of goods act, since the goods delivered were not as described (hint: if you must buy from these jokers, make sure you print out the webpage product details that you're ordering!)
I despise disreutable behaviour like this with a passion - I have contacted the credit card company already and raised hell about their reputation being dragged through the mud by association with dodgy dealers. Under section 75 of the consumer credit act your card company is jointly liable if the transaction is over £100 and they really don't like it when retailers embroil them in nonsense like this. My card co have suspended the transaction straight away and started an investigation. (If less than £100 you can always pursue the retailer directly under the sale of goods act and even then your card company might be prepared to chargeback the transaction, even if they're not legally obliged to.)
I bought a bracket from this company which did conform to the claims they made. I contacted them for help twice by e mail and once using the old fashion method, a letter. ZERO acknowledgement or reply. I endorse entirely similar comments made by a number of other of their customers. NEVER AGAIN.
BEWARE.

They sent me the wrong bracket then tried to tell me it superior upgrade the one I wanted was out of stock.
It was showing as in stock on there website and its not a upgrade its a downgrade it does not have the full 360degree rotation I need.
Then they say what TV do you have.
I does not matter the TV I have it the 360degree rotation I need. Space is limited in my campervan.
A game of email ping pong begins
Did an internet search and found this review site. Seems if I send the bracket back I am likely not to get the bracket I want or a refund.
So in word f'them I will keep the bracket. 123brackets you suck big time.
DO NOT EVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Bought a bracket for £24. Was delivered no problem. When I opened it half the fittings were missing. It was for a 42 inch plasma but even if I could have got the thing on the wall the bracket didn't fit properly. Useless, cheap, awful product. The instructions were diabolical. As the bracket was described as only 2.5cm from the wall and it clearly wasn't, I requested that they cover the cost of return postage, which they refused to do. Eventually I sent the bracket back and was told that a refund was applied. Guess what? no refund.
You can only communicate via email - no shocks there as they don't want to deal with angry customers no doubt. Not only am I out of pocket for the bracket, I am now further out of pocket due to the return postage....I should have just thrown the thing away. That is where it belongs, in the bin.
Cheap, parts missing, bad instructions, poor customer service - this company are nothing more than thieves. DO NOT USE.
tv brackets 4u, 123brackets, bracket r us , are all the same company. terrible company, poor service!! criminals: they advertise and sale different kind of brackets, various size, but they are all the same!!!! BE CAREFUL DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
just look at the reviews, i wont use these again nothing but trouble still have not received correct bracket they dont want to know they have no customer service phone they wont speak to you

I ordered the bracket it arrived the next day.Unfortunatley one of the wall plates was of the wrong type. I sent an email the following day they responded and as I was away I could not give them some information rather than wait for my response they delivered the correct items the next day.
I too had looked around for brackets as I particularly wanted a slimline tilt and swivel bracket that also moved in and out. The bracket looked great online, was 'guaranteed to fit my TV', and was a fab price with next day delivery. However the story has not had a happy ending! The bracket arrived very promptly and my emails are answered but nothing is progressing. The bracket is certainly not slimline and bears little resembance to that depicted online as it has an extra section that really adds to the bulk. It covers the aerial point so despite now claiming to be universal is not suitable for my TV, The bracket just hangs from the rails rather than feeling secure so I wouldn't be happy to use it as it feels very unsafe. There is no manual although one of the email replies suggests reading the manual!!! just a single sheet with a picture on that is almost worse than useless. The spirit level had no bubble and the box was so badly damamged it was held together with tape. With Christmas fast approaching I need to buy another from the high street but can't get a an answer to move things forward with 123brackets. I phoned the number given on screen and waited on the phone for 20 minutes and 31 seconds before speaking to someone who then couldn't do anything about after sales and had no way of contacting them as 'they only communicate through email' - no surprise there with goods this poor. I wonder how many times an email can go backwards and forwards without achieving anything so I emailed them to ask them to phone me immediately and I am still waiting. I would definitely not recommend buying from 123brackets or the associated companies. I am so disappointed as I need this resolving asap.

I bought two TV brackets on Monday evening and had them both the following morning so I was pleased about that as I never hold out much hope with getting post on time. Brackets themselves are very decent build quality and have fixed them in place, no wobbles, and is keeping my 47" in place. Haven't installed ceiling bracket yet as haven't had time to go in the loft but it looks perfectly fine and has all the bits. Really happy with service considering the price.
Ordered goods via the web site they arrived as promised the next workiing day. Goods were excellent and far cheaper than the high street stores I had looked at. Products were of high quality and fitted my TV perfectly. Would highly recommend the company and use them again in the future.

The next day delivery arrived 4 days later and the products shipped were not what I had ordered. None of the 5 products purchased from their website matched what I had ordered, nor was any paperwork attached to the order.
Their customer support is non existent and they don't respond to emails.
In process of taking legal action and have reported them to trading standards.
THEY ARE CORRUPT - DON'T USE THEM.

www.123brackets.co.uk review
Firstly I would like to point out that the website www.bracketsrus.co.uk gives exactly the same address for contact and returns, which is:
Unit 1
Queens Crescent
London
NW5 4DY
If you look on this site at reviews for www.bracketsrus.co.uk you will get an idea of the experiences customers have had from this address, which unfortunately is looking to be the same as what I am now finding from ‘123brackets’
My conclusion is AVOID ANY COMPANY TRADING AT THIS ADDRESS!!!
I used to conduct thorough research before ordering from online retailers. After several years of trustworthy and no hassle experiences, I became a bit complacent with it and started to have more trust. Unfortunately in this case I think it will cost me money, and wish I had investigated before making a purchase.
I ordered a wall bracket through 123brackets which, arriving 5 days after I ordered and not via next day delivery as promised, is not the bracket I ordered and has no instructions included.
I have phoned the contact telephone numbers on their website at least 20 times over the last 4 hours this morning and not one call has been answered. I have also sent an e-mail requesting a reference number for a refund, but judging by reviews of ‘bracketsrus’ registered at the same address I will be lucky to see anything back without devoting a large amount of time.
www.123brackets.co.uk has a professional looking website which promises the best level of customer service. My experience is that the company is extremely unprofessional and in fact could be worse than that. Reviewers of www.bracketsrus.co.uk actually accuse the company of being thieves and liars, and I am readying myself to report this business to the appropriate regulatory authorities.
I hope this review will save others the misfortune of having to deal with companies at this address – if you are looking at buying a wall bracket online – CHECK THE ADDRESS TO ENSURE IT IS NOT UNIT 1, QUEENS CRESCENT, LONDON!
If I am proven wrong and am issued with a full refund as promised I will retract this report. Otherwise it stays
Edit - also now discovered another similar website with same address - www.tvbrackets4u.co.uk

Not only do these people advertise on Google pretending to be other companies but their service is terrible - read all about them on AVforums for a real insight into what loads of people are saying
The website actually links to a drawing of all the brackets with dimensions so you can check that it will fit your TV before ordering. I used this to select a bracket and this was delivered promptly.
