DO NOT USE SITE

I purchased a reversible blanket set from this site and first of all the description was misleading in that only some of the items were reversible. Secondly shipping of the item took 3 weeks and I received no shipping confirmation information. Lastly when I washed the sheets in cold water the colors bleed all over each other. When I tried to return the items they said they could do nothing about it since it was after their 21-day return policy. So if any item is defective after merely 21 days of use you cannot return it. Poor customer service and defective items. Do not use this site. It is cheap because the items are of very poor quality.

Look this company up on Wiki.... You will be surprised .... Just reading about the history and what they do will make you want to buy there first.... They spread the Christmas cheer all year round. Nobody can beat their specials.

Several orders and no problems

I've ordered several times from 1saleaday and have never had any trouble getting my items. The shipping isn't always the fastest, though. Sometimes it is a couple of weeks, other times it's just a few days. But the prices are low and the products have always worked just fine.

Never order from here. Good deals are not worth the hassle.

Order 2 items over a month ago and have never received my items. I have sent numerous emails and have never received get an answer. On the 4 th of may received a email stating my package was shipped with 2 tracking numbers. it is now the 8th and my packages still haven't been scanned by ups.

If you stop in daily, you can find some great deals....different deals every day. Shipping is not that fast.

SCAM

HORRIBLE! Had multiple things wrong with the camera I purchased. Charger was defective, game was "resume" (used or refurbished?!), and the screen had a dark green film when trying to take pictures or video, and on top of it, 3 weeks for shipping! Complained multiple times through email. NO customer service skills. This was suppose to be a gift for Christmas, and due to the non existent customer service I am stuck with a broken camera. WARNING! I WOULD SUGGEST TO NOT BUY A THING FROM THIS "COMPANY"!

Best deal ever!

They were having this crazy deal on pearl necklaces for $9.99 each so I ordered two--one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law. They arrived a week later and looked even better than the pictures! My only regret is not buying more at that price. I contacted customer service to ask if they would be running the deal again and I got a quck reply saying that there will be similar deals in the near future. I'll definitely be back again to this site!

Terrible organization. run around and BOGUS tracking #'s credit card dispute is final resolution

Totallly unacceptable. I spend $65 on an item and OVER 2 weeks later still nothing besides bogus usps tracking # since usps has no information or knowledge of the #. Will NEVER Shop here again. I'm out of $65 unless my credit card dispute comes through. These guys are rookie out of a basement organization who doesn't reliaze customer service is one of the most important aspects of the success of any business.
