I already used their site twice now and they never failed me. Now I just received my 32LM620T and the TV is stunning! They always keep their word and have delivered the goods on the day that I requested.
They are delivering good service on a consistent basis that is great for a retailer company.
The next time I order they said they will give me discount.
I was looking for a specific LG tv and so far I have been turned down by several retailers, by the way this was last week. The TV is 42LS5600. I like this TV, simple and affordable :).
I've been quite hesitant with 1stav due to the negative comments that it has received but what the hell, I have been told extraordinary lies regarding this item so... I gave it a shot ordering the item on 1staudiovisual.
The buying experience is pretty much the same as the other online retailers. they have confirmed that they have the item and determined the delivery date (04.02.2013). Im running out of options for this TV so I went ahead with it.
I ordered the item Friday about 11am. Communication is good as I received emails right away informing me what is happening with the order.
I rang them again just to make sure that this will be delivered on the said date and they guarantee it. I like the fact that they offered me an assurance that if the item is not delivered then they will refund the money straight away.
Weekend have passed and on monday morning I received an email for the tracking details. I received the package mid-day.
I am very thankful that they were able to supply the TV that I really like and I commend them for that. As far as I am concern, they are doing their job. To provide electronic goods without breaking a sweat.
Ordered 2 tvs ....was promised delivery in a week....order stated still processing 6 days later...despite numerous phone calls still didn't get delivery....was promised a ring back which never happened to update me on progress ....Got fed up with waiting so rang and cancelled order. I then purchased the same tvs cheaper from Reliant which was a much better company that delivered promptly! Overall it wasa time wasting experience!

I purchased what I thought was a good deal for a Samsung TV. Despite what they say the money come straight out the account and the advert for the TV on Audiovisual said "Out of stock" . I then received an e-mail that the order was processing.After 3 days nothing, I contacted and was told there was a problem with the distribution company they use and the TV would be sent asap. 3 more days I was told the same thing. In fact, 4 more times over 15 days I was told it again and again.I decided to cancel my order and guess what?.The TV re- appeared straight away as "back in stock",but £400 dearer .
The website says that refunds will be processed within 5 days, after 6 days I contacted them again and was told that the finance side of the company will process my refund straight away. I even had an e-mail to confirm this. Another 3 days, still no refund. This company has now had my money for nearly a month I'm now about to make a Chargeback claim to get my money back .
First (and last) time i have used this company, I Telephoned first to make sure they had stock and was told yes they have and would i place the order online.
I placed the order online around 12.30 with last time for next day delivery 14.00 I paid extra for next day delivery £18
The following day no courier had arrived and my status was still processing after a telephone call i was told my order would be with me on Monday (4 days later than next day delivery) they could not even deliver the item "next day" the following day either !
They were sorry the order did not go out and no reason for the delay - I have requested a refund and used another company.
I've used these guys before, and decided to go back. All seemed to be good to begin with - product in stock, progressing through and then I got the despatched message. A few days went by, and no item. Checked with them, and found it had been "wrongly moved to despatched". This went on for another week, and then I got fed up and asked them to cancel the order after they had a "technical issue in the warehouse". I will never use them again - clearly, they didn't have the item, and were just stringing me along to keep the order until they could actually deliver what they had sold.
1st audio visual have stopped trading, they have gone and taken mine and others money with them! Their website is still live - be warned, do NOT purchase anything.

beware of this company,shows on screen they have stock when they havnt,they take your money still and i'm still waiting to get it back 8 days later...
My order never arrived on the day it was supposed to. I tired to call several times however no one ever answers. I sent an online query instead and it took them 4 days to find out that it had been "lost in transit" which I don't believe, I don't think they had any stock in the first place. The tv is now out of stock and I will have to wait another z3 weeks till they get some more in. This company are a nightmare to deal with and I urge anyone not to buy from then and avoid at all costs!! Total disgrace of a company!

WHAT I AM ABOUT TO WRITE IS THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.
This is a long drawn out story but i will make it as short as possible.
THE BOTTOM LINE IS IF YOU HAVE A FAULT WITH YOUR PRODUCT OR SOLD A PRODUCT FALSELY ADVERTISED AS HAVING FEATURES IT DIDNT HAVE AND YOU HAVE TO SEND IT BACK USING THEIR COURIER THEY PROVIDED AND SENT TO YOUR HOUSE PRAY JUST PRAY YOU GET A REFUND,BECAUSE IF ITS DAMAGED THEY WILL SAY THE COURIER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE THE CONTRACT WITH THE COURIER AND ARRANGED IT ALL.
THE REASON I SAY THIS I HAD TO SEND BACK A TV FALSELY ADVERTISED AS HAVING FEATURES IT DIDNT HAVE,I PACKED IT UP PERFECTLY IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING ALL POLYSTYRENE IN PLACE AND TAPED UP PERFECTLY.
NEXT THING I KNOW THEY ARE SAYING CANT HAVE A REFUND AS I DIDNT PACK IT UP PROPERLY AND THE COURIER IS BLAMING ME FOR THE DAMAGE IN TRANSIT,I STRONGLY DENIED THIS AND EMAILS STARTED GOING BACK AND FORWARD BETWEEN ME AND THE VERY RUDE AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES.
THEN THEY SAY THEY MUST CLAIM FROM THE COURIER TO REFUND ME ,I ARGUED THIS AND SAID YOU HAVE THE CONTRACT WITH THE COURIER NOT ME ,THEY WERE HAVING NONE OF IT IT WAS MY FAULT IN THERE EYES .
THEN I REALLY KNEW THEY WERE A LIENG FRAUDSTER COMPANY WHEN VERY IGNORANT AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICES SAID WE HAVE PICTURES AND THERE IS NO POLYSTYRENE IN THE PACKAGING AT ALL,THATS WHEN I KNEW I WAS DEALING WITH A TOTALLY DISHONEST COMPANY BECAUSE I KNEW ALL POLYSTYRENE WAS IN PLACE.
SENT TWO LETTERS THREATENING COURT ACTION THEY WERNT BOTHERED .
IN THE END I GOT A VISA CHARGE BACK STRAIGHT AWAY,I HAD TO WAIT 45 DAYS BEFORE I COULD TOUCH THE MONEY BUT IN THE END I WON,1ST AUDIO VISUAL HAD NO ANSWERS TO THE VISA CHARGE BACK.
ILL END WITH IF YOU HAVE A STRAIGHT FORWARD SALE WITH NO PROBLEMS YOU PROBABLY ALL RIGHT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM AND HAVE TO SEND ANYTHING BACK BE PREPARED FOR STRESS LIES AND MORE DAMN RIGHT LIES FROM- 1ST AUDIO VISUAL.
I AM GRATEFUL VISA CHARGE BACK SAW MY EVIDENCE AND NEW I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH,IF ANYONE HAS A SIMILAR PROBLEM DON'T LET 1ST AUDIO VISUAL FOB YOU OFF WITH THEIR COURIER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY,VISA CHARGE BACK WEREN'T HAVING IT.
BETTER BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY DONT LIE AND MAKE UP STOIRES ABOUT NO POLYSTYRENE.

from the word go there pro's customer service was amazing kept me informed thoughout the delivery of my tv after sales was wicked the delivery was quick and free they cheacked the tv for me when delivery came to make sure there was no damaged just all i can say is there worth it there prices are so good you wont go any where els well happy with them will be using again and again!!!!!!!!!!
They let me order online then told me that the item would take a month to come in to stock. I cancelled the order and they confirmed that and then charged my card. Now I can't raise them to find out if they'll refund my money!
1st Audio Visual operates in a very unacceptable manor. The webiste shows products in stock, at very bargain proces, however they dont have them in stock (this is a criminal offence) and "source" the products for you. If they can't source the product for you at a good cost price then they simply tell you it is out of stock and keep you waiting for your items and try to sell you alternative products! I have reported 1st Audio Visual to Trading Standards and they will be getting a knock on the door soon. Pathentic Company Totally stay away!
I ordered a tv and scart cable on there web site but they would not authenticate my credit card so they could not proccess the order so i bought a tv elsewhere and forgot all about it. A few days later my mother rang my to tell me a tv arrived, when i got home it was from 1st audiovisual?? I contacted them to pick it back up but they said i had to pay for the delivery, i refused as this was a fault of there own. But in the end i paid the delivery(over £30) and they collected it. A month or two later they charge my card with just under £10 for the scart lead? They sent me one box and i sent it back unopened, i could of only assumed that this scart lead was in the box they delivered. All of the staff i have delt with have been nothing but rude. Be very carefull dealing with this company.
