Easy ordering. Fast delivery.
Ordering very easy, especially as you are able to order samples which are delivered the following day. Standard delivery of blinds takes only 4 working days. Haven't got my blind up yet, so can't comment on it's efficiency. Only thing that I can think of to improve the service, would be an email to say that the blinds have been despatched.

Made to measure to suit your needs!
I have had five made to measure Venetian blinds from 247 Blinds as I have been unable to bye the sizes I required in local shop's two of which were for a friend's bungalow, they have been brilliant, great choice in blinds, well made, exact fit, great service, quick no fuss delivery, easy to put up and so far I have had no problems with them I would recommend 247 Blinds to anyone.

nice design curtains, but not as good of quality as expected
I ordered 3 sets of blinds for my bay window and found a loverly design that, matched bedroom perfectly. however when I received, the, blinds they just wasn't as good a quality that I was hoping for,.for the money I paid. They just don't seem to hang right and doesn't really give an elegant look like the other set we had ordered from another website they just look bit messy and the cord on the large blind of bay window is tempremental and won't release easily. i'm Hoping that might, hang better in time but the design is lovely.

Good value for money
Ordered from 24/7 once before and was pleased with the wooden slat blinds that were received. Ordered for two more windows, blinds arrived within 3 days and were just as good as before. Fitted perfectly, good fitting instructions and both up within an hour. Half the price as the local blind shop and just as good quality. Highly recommended.

My daughter got it right
We fitted blinds bought from 24/7 at our daughter's house and were so impressed by them we have bought loads for our house. We were not disappointed as they arrived quickly and were easy to fit and they look great. I am really impressed by every aspect of this company. Price was good, delivery fast and in good order and appearance and ease of fitting was excellent

Excellent customer service
We asked for a sample and it was sent immediately. We then ordered the blinds which came very quickly. We are very pleased with them. They were well packed and easy to assemble.

You are Blind if you don't use 247 Blinds
I have now used 247 Blinds twice, and twice they have come up trumps.
The quality and pricing is fantastic compared to other companies on the web. I will again in the future use 247 blinds.
Extremely happy with the products, 2 very large windows to fill with Roman Blinds, and they fit perfect, it takes me 10 minutes to fit up a blind, very easy to do.

Nice blind
Blind ordered Thursday evening, arrived Wednesday. No instructions in the box but worked out how to fit it anyway. Nice quality item, looks good and so far has worked no problems.

dont turn a BLIND eye to the blinds from 247 Blinds
I was amazed how quickly my blinds were made and delivered.they were easy to put upthough it took me a while as I did it on my own and I had never. Installed blinds before.I recommend the company as there is so much choice and they are made to individual measurements.Brill.!! I will definitely use this company again.also the quality of the blinds is great and the colour( Mine are red) is vibrant.I am very happy.

poor product and service
Poor product and service. Poor quality and they have just lost a £10000 / £15000 contract before they even got it. First and last time I use them. Got my blinds Tuesday and they were defective so they sent a replacement on Thursday and another replacement on Friday very poor wouldn't recommend ever

Pretty Poor Communication
I ordered 6 sets of blinds, 4 vertical in white and 2 roller in black expecting a quick delivery. I waited a few days and called to query delivery date and was advised on a an approximate delivery of over 3 weeks, this was due to the black material being out of stock. I had to then request a split delivery to get the vertical blinds, which were delivered a couple of days later. 247blinds had my contact details and did not communicate the out of stock issue, in addition this was not disclosed when I placed the order. I emailed 247blinds after I received a delivery notification for the split order, but did not receive a response. Pretty poor communication but only recompense being the blinds once delivered are great.

Good quality but misleading advertising on delivery times
Delivery times were unfortunate - i was lead to beleive that it would be next day delivery, as plastered on the website. Unfortunately it was a week, which for custom made blinds is reasonable i suppose. This delay did somewhat hamper my decorating efforts and I wasn't informed of this timescale until after i rang to change the delivery address. This was very disappointing.
The products are of a good quality, no better or worse than you would find elsewhere for a similar price.
I did like the range of options offered by 247 blinds, but again no worse or better than any other large blind website.

Very reasonably priced and quick delivery
Blinds made to order were very reasonably priced. Delivered within 1 week of placing order. Only minor comment was that communication was poor, especially around delivery timescales. Received confirmation order had been placed but then nothing else. Chased after a few days querying delivery and received a response stating it was being sent that day. Bit difficult to then arrange for someone to be in to accept from courier.
Other than that blinds fit really well and look great.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
would not use this company again i asked for made to measure blinds they were botched up with 2 seams either side, on complaining they didn,t want to know, very bad after sales service. the were quite happy to take our money £160 "BEWARE"

From reading the website guide to measuring, choosing the style and colours and ordering every stage is clear and simple. From ordering one evening the blinds were with me in 2 working days. Checked , fitted and working inside 2 hours.

I have used Blinds 24/7 a few times now and have been very impressed. Two wooden venetian and replacement vanes for verticals. Samples are received super quick, as was the product. Good quality matched with very reasonable prices. They must be good if the trade use them! www.cowshedinteriors.com.

Good value and easy to use ordering system
I needed a replacement blind for one that was broken in our offices.
Easy to use website. Put in the measurements; colour; what side we wanted the cords; recessed or flush fitting, pressed the button and got an immediate quote.
Delivery was approx. three days from ordering - so excellent service at a low price.
Goods arrived well packaged and look well made although we have not put the blind up yet.
