More than pleased
I was a bit worried about ordering curtains on the Internet especially as I hadn't heard of 247 before but I needn't have worried as my curtains are really lovely and excellent quality. They weren't cheap but well worth the money. Would definately use 247 again.

Exactly what I wanted and delivered so promptly although I live on an island

very prompt service
I was very impressed with the speed with which my order was processed, I ordered the curtains on Sunday afternoon, and they were hanging at the window by Tuesday afternoon! I also liked the fact that the company offered a sample of the material and again this reached me within two days of ordering. I will certainly consider using this company again, and will be happy to recommend it to others.

Great curtains
exactly as ordered. would be better if the website had more features like some others do, like when you put in your measurements, a mock up of the curtains is shown. the samples came within 1 day which was great. Also be better to have some more information about the materials, thickness etc and how this affects hanging and folds.

Beautiful curtains, speedy delivery, top quality and amazing price!
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. My samples came next day and now the curtains have arrived 8 days from ordering. They definitely have the wow factor in quality of fabric, the lovely way they were packaged in tissue paper and ready for hanging. They are very well made and far superior to other made to measure curtains I have purchased from more expensive outlets in the past. I am ordering more curtains from this company straight away. Well done 247!

Free samples arrived the next working day and I ordered my curtains at about 5pm Wed and they arrived Friday - without paying extra postage. Very impressed.

Lovely!!
This is my first time ordering curtains online and the experience was great. I looked at many samples (which came withing a couple of days) and then decided on one without getting a sample first and they are just beautiful. Mine are blackout lined to keep the light out and will look lovely in my front room once I get them up. I would highly recommend this company. I also got two pillow covers that will look great on my chairs once I get some pillows in them. Super fast service.

Excellent Curtains.
First of all I ordered material samples which arrived very quickly!
Choosing and ordering the Curtains online was very easy!
The Curtains arrived well within the stated delivery period!
The Curtains were well packed and as soon as they arrived I unpacked them and after I had unfolded them, I placed them over our Landing Bannister.
I fitted the hooks as removed from the old Curtains and when I hung them, they DID NOT require ironing!!!!
The Curtains are extremely well made and the quality of them is excellent!
If I have any "complaint" it is the fact that I did not receive an email to advise me that they had been despatched or to give me a delivery date but fortunately I was at home when they arrived.
I shall have no hesitation in recommending 247 Curtains to Friends and Relatives!

Lied about stock and delivery
I placed an order for in stock curtains, and was looking forward to them. After a week, I rang to enquire when they would be despatched (there'd been a bank holiday which always slows things up) I was told they were being despatched that day, and would arrive the next. Two days later, after no sign of them, I rang again to be told they'd made a mistake and they had in fact been despatched that morning. Fair enough. The young man (who was most apologetic) then rang me back to admit that not only had they not yet been despatched after all, but they weren't even in stock, and hadn't been for some time. Even though they had taken my money almost 10 days previously. I now have to wait more than a week for a refund. Please don't take money for items you don't have - and please just tell me if something I want isn't in stock. That's all.

Be careful swatch different shade to curtains received
wanted to match curtains with other items in the room so ordered a swatch first,very pleased with this as it arrived the next day.Placed my order- when the curtains arrived they were a different shade to the swatch.Emailed the company to say was'nt happy with the colour of the curtains- was told to send a photo to show the difference which you couldn;t really see in a photo but sent it anyway and was told there was no real difference and that you get slightly different batches in material, as the curtains were made to measure there was nothing they could do.SO BE CAREFUL.

Ab fab.
Great prompt service and the fact that they send out free fabric swatches made it so much easier, love my new curtains! Only reason gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that it would have been helpful if they had been able to alter the length of the ready mades, I have awkward sized windows, never mind! Would def order from 247 again.

Brilliant!
I have now used 247 6 times, 5 times for blinds & now for curtains. I haven't been disappointed on any occasion. There blinds & curtains have fitted perfectly & are great quality. Prompt delivery, normally before the date quoted. I liked that I could order samples to & they came the next day, so minimum delay in ordering. I would definitely use them again & not hesitate to recommend them

Not the colour i wanted.
When i saw the colour duckegg i asummed that the curtains would be blue but they are green, on other webcites for the colour duckegg its blue so very dissapointed.Will not be ordering from this company again, the colours are not what you see and i should have got a sample first.

Don't trust the colours in the photos!
I have ordered lots of blinds from blinds 247 with no problems and the quality of the curtains is good but the colours in the photos look nothing like the real colour so please order samples!! I now have a pair of curtains that I can't use that cost me a lot of money. I know I should have ordered samples but I didn't expect the website colours to be so drastically different from real life.

Excellent service, good quality product.
I ordered curtains, tie backs and cushion covers, all good quality. The sample service is excellent. I received the wrong colour cushion covers but these were replaced immediately and postage refunded. Would recommend 247 Curtains.

Easy way to shop.

BRILLIANT CURTAINS!!
I have just received my second lot of curtains and are delighted with them. The quality and workmanship are great. I was told they would be delayed for several weeks as my material was out of stock, but they arrived way ahead of time. Unbelievably great service!
User friendly web based company who deliver what they promise. Excellent service & good quality curtains at very competitor prices. Delivery within 10 days of placing my order. Swatches were sent the day after requesting them. A query sent by email was promptly & satisfactorily dealt with immediately. This company is excellent & I would recommend them to any one.
