used these guys to find engine for my vauxhall insignia 2011 after flood damage, recieved lots of quotes in fact 10, all different prices sand guarantees i bought from vauxhall spares centre in harold hill romford they werent the cheapest but i checked them online and they have been breaking vauxhalls for 20 odd years so i went with them and they offered fitting too. by far this is excellent website for sourcing parts for cars would recommend it to anyone looking for parts and needs lots of quotes especially for things like engines
I TICKED NO TO RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES FROM YOU, BUT YOU JUST IGNORED MY REQUEST. i THEN CALLED YOUR 10 PENCE PER MINUTE "PLUS NETWORK EXTRAS" I DREAD WHAT THESE ARE, AS i WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 4 MINUTES THEN HUNG UP DUE TO BEING REMINDED I WAS NOT MOVING TOWARDS SPEAKING TO SOMEONE. I ASSUME i WILL NOW BE CHARGED FOR RECEIVING THE TEXT MESSAGES "AS IT STATES ON YOUR WEB PAGE" COSTS ARE INCURRED IF TEXT MESSAGES ARE REQUESTED/SENT OUT.
i was annoyed to be told by a supplier that my phone call from a mobile was being charged at £2.50 per minute. I don't know if this is true, but could see no notice of it on any documentation.

excellant service takes all the hassel out of phoning around for prices, got my first quote about 8.30 in the morning. had about six or seven calls, can't fault it will definately use it again.
Most of the replies were clearly from organised people in bona fide positions and I received 8 quotes by noon the next day.
Spent six minutes listening to a very slow talking automated message on the do's and don'ts when ordering my part . This added £3.20 onto my phone bill .
When I finally got to speak to sales person it only took a minute to process my order , which was all that was required in first place .
Prompt delivery and service otherwise .
After placing my ad on the internet- l was contacted by phone and email within minutes, l chose the most competitive priced offer. - i paid for the item and was advised the part would be delivered the next day. They did exactly what they promised- what a service, l would thoroughly recommend 247 spares, it takes all the leg work out of finding the right part.
The 0703 numbers are designed to look like a mobile phone number. However after checking these numbers on Google I found out that they are premium rate numbers costing £6 per minute. Potential suppliers' landline numbers were not provided.
Will never use 247 again.
its very annoying for 247 spares to keep a customer on phone for over forty minutes without getting across to the customer. the [sensitive information removed] quoted in email sent was not going through,rather it keep saying the number cannot be reached. I reckoned you quote the name of the supplier than given phone number that doesnt go through.

Although I did not continue with a purchase on this occasion from 247 Spares I was impressed by the immediate response via email and telephone. I would use this company again.
All though I have not purchased anything at the moment the information supplied gave me quick solution to my problem which I still may take up if the my current in house solution fails in the future.
Would pass this name to anyone, could not believe the amount of quotes recieved in such a short space of time. Superb Service.

3 replys were used parts, and one reply the 4th was a new part good price was quoted, on ringing the company about the part i was told i wiil give you a qoute and the price was doubled, i asked the reason for the increase and was told something to do with the change over, They were given the reg. Number so they should know what year the car is, not very help full this time.

247 Spares provided an excellent follow-up service to my request for a particular spare part. However, I have not followed up any leads yet as my local garage have changed minds about what the problem part is concerning my car's MOT needs.
I will definitely use 247's service again - really amazingly prompt.
Fast , easy, online , on the phone , RUBBISH !!I connected on the phone and was told I was the 3rd in line ,and the waiting time was aprox 5 mins. 4mins later I was informed I was 3rd in line and waiting time was 10 mins ,, 10mins later I was informed I was 2nd in line and the waiting time was 11mins , 8 mins later I was informed I was 2nd in line and the waiting time was 12mins , 10mins later I was 2 in line waiting time 12 mins , 5mins later I was 2nd in line waitng time 13mins ,, 5mins later I was still 2nd in line waiting time 16mins ,, at which point I GAVE UP !! as I simply could not afford to continue to hold at those prices !! , out of curiosity , I rang back 5 mins later and was told I was 3rd in line waiting time aprox 5 mins,, at which point I can only conclude that your PHONE LINE IS NOTHING BUT A CON ,, TO GET MONEY OUT OF USUSPECTING CALLERS !! Thurther to my earlier message , I just wanted to say that Im sure there is a logical reason why I came away from that phone line feeling conned and cheated ,, and I would be interested in knowing what it was.
