I also had a bit of a delay today when I purchased my key from 2game but have to say when I contacted the support I received an almost instant reply with my key in it and they appogolized for the delay.

I pre-ordered Titanfall and just like many others I was not given a key on March 11th. I'm not completely sure this was entirely 2games fault though. I heard rumors that EA was responsible for this problem because they did not give companies like 2game enough keys to distribute in the first place.
With that said I was given excellent and PERSONAL service from an actual employee of 2game. I emailed them about not receiving my key and was in communication with a guy named Steve throughout the whole process. None of those stupid automatic email replies that don't accomplish anything. I honestly felt like Steve was doing his best to get me my key as soon as possible. I received my key the morning of March 12th.
I preordered Titanfall a couple of days ago. The site seemed legit and their Trustpilot score was high so I thought there shouldn't be any problems. I was wrong. It's stated in their website that the delivery date is 11.03.14 but I wanted to be sure so I went ahead and sent them an email shorty after a purchase asking about the delivery date. The response I got - "Titanfall will be sent out on March 11th (release day)".
Good, that's exactly what I wanted to hear so I waited until 11.03.14. After a half a day in I saw I wasn't getting any key so I wrote to them again asking when exactly I should get it. Their response - "Thanks for your question, we are working hard to get all the keys out at the moment, but due to the volume we are dealing with we cannot guarantee the precise time. It will however definitely be with you today"
What a joke.. I preordered the game to get it FAST. That's one of the major points of preordering and they clearly messed that up. I could have bought the game from any other store (even physical copy) at release day and gotten it faster.
I was angry but I thought hey, they promised it will be today (11.03.14) so while it sucks to get it at the very end of the day at least I'll get it.
But I didn't get any key at all.. It's 12.03.14 already and I haven't heard anything from them. I asked for a refund but still no response. I feel totally scammed right now.
basically i preordered titanfall with a coupon to get it cheaper. YES WHAT A PLUS!
they promised us a preload the night before. ANOTHER PLUS!
then i get an email saying that there are problems and i wont be able to get my key the night before.
"We are working around the clock to ensure we get all orders out as soon as possible. Due to the volume of orders we now cannot guarantee your order will be with you in time for preloading."
"...your key will be with you shortly."
shortly? OK I CAN WAIT!
a day later..
i get this email.
"Unfortunately we will not be sending out your Activation Code for TitanFall today. We are absolutely devastated that for this release we could not get this to you on time, and have been working around the clock to find a solution (UK and US time to respond to people and ensure stock was here and to keep you updated). "
and some more.
"We have recently learnt that the stock will not be delivered until noon tomorrow 12/03/2014 GMT time which is 08:00:00 Eastern Time and 05:00:00 Pacific Time. We will require 1-2 hours to get all of the activation codes delivered."

the website is good. only if youre not buying games that are hyped. dont buy games from this website unless theyre already weeks/months after release date.
Pre-ordered a game(Titanfall) using one of their coupons to make it cheap(er), got immediately worried it might get region locked, but their staff(on twitter and facebook) assured me it would work anywhere, which aligned with Respawn's take on not region locking the game (read this way later), and recieved my key promptly the day before release, allowing me to pre-load it.
Redeemed the key in Origins and everything looks good. If there was a region locking, I assume I'd be on a different multiplayer server and maybe locked to a language file, but all is well since there is not, so I'm very happy.
The only small complaint I had during the entire process is that when I went to check my order on their website, there was always an error causing the coupon I had used to block out the order total (which I don't care about seeing) and it was a minor annoyance.
I ordered GTA 5 SE some time ago at 2game.com. I paid with Paypal and did everything well but 2game.com did not deliver the game. They did not take any money but in my history it was written that I ordered the game. So I contacted the support to get clues about the delivery and the support told me that 2game got some problems with their website. They told me to cancel my old order and reorder the game. I did like the support told me but my coupon I wanted to use did not work anymore. Fine I recontacted the support and they needed ages to answer. When they finally answerred the game was already sold out. Thanks 2game. You failed twice and now I do not have my game. That is just failure over failure. I orderred the game but you did not keep it for me instead you sold it to another person. Thanks that you did not even try to make it right. I trusted you to get this game and because of your mistakes I did not get any SE. Slow support, lots of mistakes done by 2game and very slow delivery on former orders.
DON'T BUY AT 2GAME. There are lots of other shops like game, zavi, base etc. with lower prices and no complications. I personally will never buy at 2game again. Even if you give me a 25% Off-Coupon. You are terrible nothing else.
I'm going on day 4 since the game I preordered was released and 2game has still not sent me my Steam key. Earlier in the week they said there would be a delay and it would take until Thursday till they would send the key. It's now Friday and I still have not received it.
I pre-ordered the digital version of Theif and got it for a fraction of the price from any other retailers. I received a steam key the day before the game released and redeemed it through steam without any issues.
The prices are very nice, I've had problems with the website since it just launched, I contacted live support and I've speaked with an agent for 10 minutes, not that it was long to resolve, he was answering very well and I've asked tons of questions and he was patient.
20$ for Thief Pre-Order and 26$ for South Park Pre-Order is awesome. I can't believe, I recommend it.
PS: They use Paypal unlike websites like them, so you know it's safe.
The website is still a little shaky (I think it just launched), and there are some issues with whoever wrote some of the site's content. It's pretty obvious English is not their first language. In the end, I got my key when they said they would give it to me and it worked without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this site, in fact I already have, and I will be definitely paying attention to them for upcoming releases. I mean, I got $40 off a game before it was released. That's just awesome.
I recently order my ps4 and 2 ds4 controllers from 2game. My ps4 came poorly packaged, Sony blamed that on it not working. My 2 controllers came later but there was no controllers in the bag only one charging dock for 2 controllers was there. I contacted them straight away. It took them a few days to reply with a return address. I sent it back 3 days ago next day delivery. I am still waiting on a reply to tell me when they have been dispatched. The customer service guy Steve is rude. He complained about writing a 200 word reply to me. I would never use this company again. Use at your own risk.
I was trying to contact them via 3 methods email, phone and Facebook. They only replied when it was public on Facebook. I was told by Shaun they would be sent out on Wednesday, then another person who named themselves Dave said it was not sent they would send it asap and compensate me for my stress (one is a christmas present). I then asked do you have them is stock and why it has taken so long to send them out via Facebook PM. I waited 2 days without a reply even know they updated their Facebook. This annoyed me as I hate being ignored. I went on their Facebook and told everyone how they have been treating me. I woke up this morning to see if there was any update and all my comments had been deleted from their Facebook and I have been banned from posting any more comments on their page. I am now going to ask for a refund. If they do not reply today I will be opening a dispute with my bank for the transaction. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I have now been waiting for a total of 2 weeks for my order from them.
