Just what you hope a company is going to be like
I fell across 3000RPM almost by accident when I needed some replacement inks. I'd been buying compatible's from a different firm and they were fine and an awful lot cheaper than the original Epson ones, but when I saw 3000RPM's price I thought it was worth a shot.
Dispatch was fast but delivery was a little slow, but I'd ordered over a bank holiday so it was the post office's fault not 3000RPM. Anyway... the ink is exactly the same as I was buying from the other firm, same box, same everything, but WAY cheaper! I'll give you one guess as to where I order my next lot from :) I've since had a decent look at their website and they do a pretty decent range of kit. I'm certainly happy to recommend them to anyone.

Is was easy to order but think postage should be seen at start of purchasing. Or ever made free or included in price. Don't like paying postage and find to could be off putting. When other sites offer free shipping it appeals straightway

Fast, affordable. They really know what they're doing.
Took in my laptop, explained what was happening.
They said 2 - 3 days, might need a new screen - £90
Next day, I get it back with a new cable for £20. Working perfectly.
I've had a lot of problems with my laptop over the years and every time, they fix it up quickly, efficiently and always at a reasonable price.

Dell i5 over the phone, esay as that.
I bought a Dell i5 laptop over the phone I had seen on 3000 RPM web site. I have to say I have never found this so easy to do. Phone, Pay, Collect. Its that simple. This was a reconditioned laptop and It was like new. I also got a free 30 day warranty but I don't think I will use that. Over all a great experience and I will use 3000 RPM again without hesitation.

Problem solved
I spent hours sitting in front of the computer trying to find the problem - put it in to 300rpm on Friday night and got it back on Monday. Problem solved - wish I had just done that to start with. If I have any future problems I will definitely contact them.

If you have any problems with PC's Laptop etc, don't hestitate to go to 3000 rpm. Staff were very friendly and explained eveything to me. Repairs were carried quicker than expected.

looked online. for cctv. found 3000rpm item here was cheaper than everyone on the net the. company had great reviews as long as your arm .and i can say they are true to there word..item came in 24 hours of purchase . item came in manufactures owen box . but would have liked the item covered in wrapping or bag .all said and done a 10 out of 10 company.

GREAT ITEMS, GREAT PRICE
I was very impressed with the speedy delivery of items and the quality of items. The postage was also very good as everyone seems to take people in N.Ireland for overpriced and steep postage instead of remembering we still are part of the UK and Royal mail is the same price. Would recommend to all and will be back in the future.

Problem with booting up PC. Handed in Wednesday picked up Friday fixed. Text updates throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. Will be back when I upgrade PC . Staff very knowledgable.

Fast delivery,and exactly as ordered
Got to say,only used 3000rpm a couple of times now,and both times my delivery of my dvd dual layer discs,came as quickly,if not quicker than from any other company i have ordered from.

Still waiting
I ordered Media Micro i3 PC System with some extra memory and a blu-ray burner on 11-05-2013 and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me in regards to me picking it up from the Brown Street warehouse. Pretty poor really.

ordered a 2tb media player
ordered a 2tb media player and received a second hand or ex display one and no one said it was second hand and a screw was ratiling arouned in side it .

Great service and friendly staff.delighted
When I first went in the staff could not be more welcoming and accommodating with my computer problem.I put my laptop in on Friday and got it back on Monday which was what I was told when I first booked it in,I would defo recommend 3000rpm and I will be going back in the future with any other computer problems I have.
