Excellent service - rxcellent value for money
I mainly buy inks for continuous systems but I have laso purchased printers from this company. Good personal service was expereinced. I would recommend them to anyone.

rubbish packaging
The disks were just wrapped in bubble wrap and the discs inside were just in a thin plastic wrapper which split open in transit so when I opened the package they spilt all over the floor had to bin about eight with a scratch on them not very impressed at all.

sorry to hear this, if you contact us we can arrange some replacement discs.
Shrink wrap seems to becoming the new standard and if dropped in transit will become split, usually this will not cause any damage to the discs.
We are continuing to look at this issue.

Fastest delivery I have ever had and great value for so little cost.
I ordered this paper with some trepidation as it was so cheap I thought it would be useless. I was completely wrong. It was delivered next day and the quality for such a cheap paper is excellent.

Great service at reasonable prices
My order was processed quickly and without any problems. The CDs and DVDs were on offer at a good price and the shipping charge to N. Ireland was very reasonable, especially compared with other companies who would have charged more or just would not have shipped at all to N. I. Very pleased and will probably order from 3000rpm again. The only slight hiccup was that the delivery company didn't deliver on the date they said they would but delivered two days later. Not a big deal though and that happens quite often with deliveries to N. Ireland.

Printer ink at the right price!
They provide a simple, efficient service delivering cheap ink to your door. And, if like me, you were lucky enough to order over Easter, you'd have got a couple of crème eggs in the package too!

Reliable, informative, good frequent updating via SMS messages and direct.
Only downside was that a phone call was required to find out about the status of queing of the Item for repair ( a minor one ). However after this phone call service was very prompt, courteous and fast.

Great service I would happily recommend to all
3000rpm is a company I have used loyally for while for printer ink and recently a new printer. It was delivered on time with a handy tracking service which told me when it would arrive within an hour slot with the option to prospone delivery to the next day too easily which I found very useful. I even received Easter eggs with an ink deliver which was a lovely touch and very appreciated. Never had any trouble with them and would recommend to everyone.

Without question 3000rpm is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with on the net - and I have dealt with hundreds of companies. Service was superb, efficient and fast, and the carrier service absolutely amazed me. I was kept totally informed of when my delivery would be, even being informed of an hourly slot when the delivery would be made. If I ever need anything again and 3000rpm have it, then it goes without saying 3000rpm will get my business. Very happy customer.

Fastest repair I have ever experienced - SAME DAY!
I put my uncle's laptop in for repair in the afternoon and got a phone call the same evening with the options they had for a repair. Impressed that they work on into the evening to get your kit sorted!
What a fantastic service. I really would recommend these guys with their quick no-nonsense approach to getting you up and running.

So far so good!
3000rpm diagnosed a hard drive fault, fitted a new 500Gb Seagate drive and were able to recover all of my data which was more than a relief, all on the same day with their Priority Service. Just one little hiccup since getting the laptop back - it wouldn't reload after a Norton 'Liveupdate' download but this appears to be a clash with Windows Essentials so Norton no more and no more problems since!

Laptop repairs
3000rpm were able mend a dropped laptop. Despite the hard drive being broken they were able to transfer all the important data and programs to a new hard drive, and all with in 3 days. Well done lads!.
