Fast, Convenient, Professional, Well priced, Brilliant!
Very pleased with the service i received. Very few repair companies offer same day bookings and same day repairs (mine took 1 hour 30mins). As the company is located in the centre of birmingham, there is plenty to do while you wait for your console to be repaired if you so wish. I have found no other company that offers this and at such a reasonable price! I'm very that glad i found Chris and i would definitely Visit again if i had any trouble with consoles in the future. Very highly recommended. Trust me, this is the best service compared to others by a long shot, therefore pay them a visit!! :)

Fantastic, Efficient Service
Dropped Chris a mail with the all too common YLOD issue with my PS3. After a couple of further communions with Chris, my PS3 was booked and within 1 1/2hrs was up and running again, following a Service and Upgrade, and a 6 month warranty of course.
Would recommend anyone to use this service, value for money, quick, efficient and Chris himself is extremely helpful

Excellent service, yet another (YLOD) PS3 brought back to life.
Gave Chris a call on a lazy Saturday morning, 2 hours later my PS3 had been dropped off, a little over an hour after that it was ready to be picked up and the gaming recommenced. The only repairer out there offering a 6 month warranty for this kind of work, and for this price, it's a steal.
Not sure else what Chris did, but the fan isn't as noisy as before.
Avoid all the dangerous heat-gun videos on youtube, avoid the costs of kitting yourself up to do a substandard repair, just give Chris a call and get it done properly. You are saving yourself time and money in the long run.

Quick, helpful and reliable.
After spending a week researching places to get my faulty Blu Ray drive fixed on my Playstation 3, I decided to give 360flash a chance. This was mainly because it was local and also the cheapest place I could find for such a repair.
To my delight not only was it a cheap service, but also polite, helpful and speedy my Playstation was fixed within in the hour and it has now returned to full working order.

Really helpful and pleasant
Booked Xbox in as wasn't working and another shop had said they couldn't repair it after having it a week.
Admittedly did not retest on picking it up from there, just took it to Chris.
It worked as soon as he plugged it in so no repair was needed but he still checked everything thoroughly.
Highly recommended .

Awesome service!
Great service, great price, fast turnaround and a 6 month warranty on all work done. Can't fault it at all, will definitely be using these in the future if I have any other knackered consoles!

SUPER EFFICIENT TOP GUY....
Having got the Y.L.O.D. for the second time in a year my beloved day of release phat PS3 was i am so sure destined for the grave. But no i found a site on the old tinternet and promptly rang , having spoken to Chris and making an appointment for the saturday lunchtime i headed over to Brum , very easily found and so convenient for city centre. I left my beloved PS3 with the guy and waited for the call I was sure he would say it was dead . No in less than an hour and a half Chris rang to say there was life and i could Game On.. what a top guy, excellent service and at a reduced price .. Result thoroughly recommend that you should never say die. Dont have any doubts if your PS3 develops a fault trust it to chris and he will make it right.. Big thanks ..... Unbelievable Service!!
Chris was brilliant even down to returning my call, and bringing the appointment forward. Fixed my sons WII in half an hour (disc reading error). Reasonable price, now I have a very happy boy going to have to get FIFA 13 now!!

Perfect
I spoke to Chris and i booked my PS3 in for a fix of YLOD. Gave my ps3 to him and he fixed it perfectly in an 1 Hour and 30 mins and showed me it worked perfectly. Recommend him any time and a very good company.

Fast, Excellent service - PS3 YLOD Repaired!!!
Had my PS3 for 7 years and it gave me the dreaded ylod. After researching how to fix it on the net and being tempted to 'have a go' myself, I found this website on the net and concluded that by the time i had bought the items needed to attempt a fix, I was not guaranteed to do it and this guy was clearly better equipped. Add to this the 6 month warranty and incredibly speedy service, same day fix, I can't recommend this man highly enough. PS3 now working perfectly again!! Thanks to Chris!!

Excellent
Having had a bad experience with another repairer, phoned and Chris, who is friendly and helpful, agreed a time slot for us to deliver which was 2.00pm Thursday 30th August. He repaired it within 40 minutes for �30 and we were back home in Lichfield for 4.00pm. Well recommended.

360Flash and Chris is a professional and friendly service
My Xbox 360 Slim broke down and started making a clicking noise internally, so I Google the problem, and stated it was probably the laser.
After shopping around online, I came across 360Flash, who offered to do the repair for £30.
Contacting Chris, I dropped my 360 off, and within the space of 30 minutes, it had been repaired, with a 6 month Warranty, in case the fault re occurs.
Very friendly and professional service, would reccomend the company to my friends :).

Excellent service - really recommend
When my PS3 yellow lighted in the middle of a COD match I was less than happy. I visited a computer repair place near work and the guy there grunted at me that they'd charge 70-80 quid. A quick look online found great reviews for 360flash and the charge was 45. I booked a time, arrived at the end of the day and picked it up the next day. If I'd been able to get there earlier I could have had it back within 2 hours. My PS3 is working perfectly. Chris is extremely helpful and has a great set up to provide a high quality service.

A SAVIOUR!!!
After getting the dreaded 'YLOD' on my PS3 I shopped around for competitive prices and 360Flash seemed to be the cheapest and easiest to undertake to get my problem sorted. Being off work due to having an operation on my knee my PS3 and reading is the only source of entertainment I have to keep me occupied so I was gutted when my PS3 bust and had a doomed sense of having to wait for ages to get it fixed but 360Flash came to my rescue with not only a same day fix job but also a very friendly service. My PS3 and all It's features work like a charm so far. I feel very confident in 360Flash and the work they do which is guaranteed for 6 months so therefore would highly recommend and use again.

Flawless!!!!
After reading the reviews I contact 360FLASH to get my PS3 looked at.
I booked my machine in and made my way to B'ham and within 20 mins of dropping my machine off, Chris contacted me to tell me the PS3 was up and running again!!! Even better the cost was A LOT cheaper than I expected!
Fast, honest and friendly.

Top Service
Took my PS3 in as I had the dreaded YLOD. Very friendly, informal service. I left my console there while I did a bit of shopping. It was ready in 1.5 hours. It has never run better since it was new. Before the YLOD the fan was continually cutting in. After the repair by 360 FLASH this is no longer happening. I highly recomend 360FLASH.

Fantastic Service

Friendly and efficient
I tried to repair my PS3 myself following various you tube videos but still had YLOD so decided to use this service and was really impressed with the service and the speed. I just booked in my PS3 for the following day and also went for the memory upgrade and it was sorted and repaired really quickly and at a very reasonable cost!
Excellent and highly recommended!
