I'm always a bit sceptical about using online retailers but the reviews for this one convinced me to try them when I needed a new oven. The ordering was easy and the delivery service was just as the website said. An email the night before and a call on the day. I got the product I ordered when I asked for it, what more can you ask for? Oh FREE delivery.
The service was excellent. They arrived the second my delivery slot began. The delivery man was friendly and helpful, and before hand I was kept up to date with everything by them. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
After ordering a washer from a company near to where 365 are based that was a disaster I was worried the same thing would happen.
I'm very pleased to say 365 electrical were absolutely brilliant. Very efficient at keeping customer informed every step of the way delivery was scheduled between 4-6pm on Saturday afternoon the delivery came at 4:05pm. Giving us a 2 hour time slot meant I was able to go out to get other jobs. Driver was friendly and helpful.
Ordered a hotpoint gas hob delivered in good time customer service real good and delivery drivers very good with a phone call 20 mins before and friendly ... Would recommend this company and will use again thanks 365
I ordered a Gorenge fridge freezer which was around £200 cheaper than anywhere else I looked at on the internet. I was able to select my delivery date which was a Saturday. The evening before I received a text to say my appliance will be delivered between 11am & 1pm by Mark. 10.45am I had a call from Mark to say he was 15 minutes away. 11 o'clock, on the dot he was outside & hey ho, got my appliance, which I am over the moon with.
Well done 365 electrical, I'll use you again & I think Mark deserves a payrise!
It took me a week to actually hit the button and order as not having anyone around to check what i was doing, I was worried about ordering online. BUT ... I am so glad I ordered from 365 Electrical ! Good site, easy to navigate and they did everything the site said it would . E-mail to confirm order and delivery, texts to confirm delivery date and time. Phone call from Andy to confirm he was on his was on his way , at the beginning of the time slot. Oven and hob safely delivered , just waiting builder and plumber to install. Would certainly recommend and purchase other items in the future.
It was so easy to order through 365 Electrical, delivery was brilliant, excellent customer service throughout the whole purchasing experience. You can't beat their prices either.
i have just recently ordered a range cooker from 365 electrical and the service was 100% throughout, the text message service to arrange delivery is so efficient it makes delivery so easy with no fuss at all, then the phone call on the day half an hour before drop off is great. the delivery men were very good and got my cooker into my house easily with no fuss and unpacked it all and removed all the packaging, all in all a top class service!!! thank you
Ordering the oven could not have been more straight forward. The details on when it would be delivered were brilliant giving us a really tight window to make sure someone was at home. the delivery guys were brilliant bring the appliance right into the kitchen. superb experience start to finish.
I have never used this company before but came across them as one of only a few that stocked the microwave her indoors wanted! As an ancient Briton when it comes to computers (online shopping) I found the process quite simple and not frustrating like some sites. Found the oven she wants, good price annoyed you have to pay a surcharge for using s credit card (I do not have a debit card) but even so still a competitive price so goes ahead. Told what day it will come, but the night before they tell me you haven't got to wait in all day as its in a two hour slot. The delivery man - Simon he tells me on the phone about a half hour before he is coming, good as I don't like answering the door to strangers. He turns up on time and carries the oven right through to the kitchen, well it is on the ground floor so no steps, big smile gets me to sign and off he goes. Unpacks the oven , it works brill - well heated up a cup of tea! All I can say is I am glad I came across this 365 company - I am always the first to complain when service isn't good so I should praise a company when it does well. I don't usually like using the term because of its literal meaning, but well done 365 - EXCELLENT, will go to you first next time.
The ordering process seemed to be fairly efficient and I was kept well informed of the item's progress on it's journey to me!

very impressed ordered new dishwasher on Thursday could have had next day delivery, but chose Saturday delivery for no extra cost. sent email with two hour window for delivery evening before and called half an hour before delivery. can not fault service
Anything you need try these guys, loads cheaper than the high street and fast delivery.
true to their words the goods arrived next day and the stated time.i was realy in trouble to finish my kitchin just in time,with this delivery i was able to finish the projact just before time,thaks for helping me out.
These guys were amazing! Will always shop through them in future. Needed a washing machine fast, ordered on Thursday lunch, received 10.30 Friday morning - with free delivery. Before I placed the order I checked this site for reviews and was blown away by the praise. I received text to confirm order, and delivery slot the Thursday night and Friday morning the delivery man phoned half and hour before he was due to arrive. AMAZING! Actually provides the service the larger chainstores can only dream of and was £10 cheaper. Well Done 365Electrical, will recommend to everyone!
web site was easy to use and they sent e-mails regularly to tell me about delivery. Was sent a text the night before to tell me the 2 hour window for delivery the next day which was really useful . I had to send my first delivery back as it was faulty and again it was really painless, would recommend
I received a few emails after I placed my order for my shiny new kettle. Order confirmation, delivery details etc.. Then on the day it was scheduled for delivery, I received a text to say it was with the courier, and due to be delivered between 4- 6pm... At 3:30 I then get a phone call from the courier to make sure I'm in!! I WAS!!! haha... And incidentally he rolled up at 4:10!!! Brilliant!!! Shame I was only ordering a Kettle - I'll definitely be back!! x
