wonderful service,i thought they were joking when they said if u book before 7pm goods will arrive next day.
true to their words the goods arrived next day and the stated time.i was realy in trouble to finish my kitchin just in time,with this delivery i was able to finish the projact just before time,thaks for helping me out.

Quick easy with no hassle
My old hob broke as the builders were putting in a new work top, needed new hob ASAP ordered it11am came 9. 30 next morning builders completed the job! So easy no hidden problems

A league above a very well known chainstore, (rhymes with Burrys!)
These guys were amazing! Will always shop through them in future. Needed a washing machine fast, ordered on Thursday lunch, received 10.30 Friday morning - with free delivery. Before I placed the order I checked this site for reviews and was blown away by the praise. I received text to confirm order, and delivery slot the Thursday night and Friday morning the delivery man phoned half and hour before he was due to arrive. AMAZING! Actually provides the service the larger chainstores can only dream of and was £10 cheaper. Well Done 365Electrical, will recommend to everyone!

reliable service
web site was easy to use and they sent e-mails regularly to tell me about delivery. Was sent a text the night before to tell me the 2 hour window for delivery the next day which was really useful . I had to send my first delivery back as it was faulty and again it was really painless, would recommend

Brilliant communication, delivered BANG on time!
I received a few emails after I placed my order for my shiny new kettle. Order confirmation, delivery details etc.. Then on the day it was scheduled for delivery, I received a text to say it was with the courier, and due to be delivered between 4- 6pm... At 3:30 I then get a phone call from the courier to make sure I'm in!! I WAS!!! haha... And incidentally he rolled up at 4:10!!! Brilliant!!! Shame I was only ordering a Kettle - I'll definitely be back!! x

Fantastic customer service
I ordered the wrong item and then asked for wrong date to be delivered, but the company could not have been more helpful and on both occasions. They sorted things out without any hassle. Friendly and efficient service. They notify you the night before of a two hour slot for delivery next day and then phone you half an hour beforehand to say they are on their way. Brilliant service!

Can't fault it !!!!
When our washing machine broke down, we checked on 'which' website for best buys and after choosing the one we wanted we looked on the Internet for the cheapest price. 365 electrical came out on top, even for the grey model that was £50 dearer than the white one on other sites. It was free next day delivery, other sites wanted up to £20. We were given a 2 hour time slot and the driver even rang to say he was 20 minutes away, and he was. He put the machine exactly where we asked, was very polite and friendly, a great price and service overall. Would use this company in the future.

Well organised delivery
The 365 Electrical website is easy to navigate around and prices are low with good information available for products. I telephoned with queries and ended up ordering my appliances over the phone which was straightforward and i was given 2 man delivery at no extra charge. A minor gripe was that one item was listed online as "in stock" but I was told it had a 6-10 day lead time. I ordered anyway but then called on day 7 to check all was well and within a few hours of the call received my text saying items were ready for delivery...
I was able to choose my delivery day and was then assigned a time slot the evening before. I was happy with my slot of 8-10am but I guess this is luck of the draw.
On delivery day the driver called 15 mins before arriving and they were here just before 8am which was great.
It was tricky to get our appliances into the house due to them being large but the delivery men got them in with relatively little fuss.
We were a bit confused about unpacking the items. One (fridge freezer) was ex display so this was unwrapped but the range cooker wasn't and we were told we'd have to pay extra for this. However, the delivery paperwork seemed to indicate packaging was to be removed but the delivery man was adamant he didn't need to do this so we left it.
All in all we were very pleased with the service and the appliances we received.

Absolutely brilliant to deal with
Too good to be true, ordered on Monday afternoon, delivered Tuesday Morning. Communication was excellent I was kept informed by text and email, was given a 2 hr slot. Delivery driver (Sally) was wonderful and even called 20 min before arriving. Just ordered another appliance for mother in law. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. I have used this company before but many years ago and had a great service then. I searched the internet to find a washing machine and wanted delivered the next day at the cheapest price I could find. It was great to see that 365 Electrical have still got the edge of the competition and their customer service and delivery service as second to none. Would use 365 Electrical again
We ordered the dryer on Thursday night and it was delivered on Saturday morning. We were kept informed by email throughout about delivery times and it was actually delivered at about 7.30am. Can't fault the company and would definitely use them again.

I cannot believe that the delivery was so trouble free.when I purchased the item I even got to choose which day I wanted delivery. No charge for the delivery the item was the cheapest I had found even beating curry's etc.will certainly recommend and use this site again

Really excellent service -
Needed a new gas hob urgently - saw what we wanted in a well known DIY shop, however they would take several weeks to deliver. Found this site on the internet on the Thursday - ordered in the knowledge that they would deliver that Saturday morning (at no extra charge!) and the price - at least £50 cheaper. Company emailed me a time slot. Sure enough, got phone call from delivery man 1/2 hour before he arrived. Hob arrived - unpacked it and installed ready to cook evening meal!

Great prices, quick delivery and easy ordering!!!
This is the second large kitchen appliance I've bought from here in 6months. We checked all the local and online stores but this was cheapest both times, the ordering took just a few minutes, and we had free next day delivery!
We were given a 2hr del time slot and the driver called when nearby. He brought goods into the kitchen and unwrapped, checking for no damage.
Have had no reason to contact customer services with any issues and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Fab service from start to finish.
My washing machine broke down on Tuesday night. I ordered one off the internet and, before I had finished my order, 365 were phoning me about it! How on earth did they get my number that quickly? Anyway, machine ordered, and then delivered at 7.30am on Thursday - half an hour earlier than they said. Brilliant service and good price. Very pleased.

Excellent service all round!
After a lot of looking I decided on a Gorenje fridge freezer which I found on 365 Electrical at an extremely good price. The delivery was excellent with a text the evening before to give me a two hour slot. In the morning I had a phone call to say that the item was going to be delivered in half an hour. Great price, arrived when stated, but......
....my 3d glasses were in a box that looked like it was resealed. The glasses themselves had dirt on them, like they were sitting in a showroom for a while. Other than that they worked fine.
