Everything you need, no fuss, no hassle
I trust Daves judgement and expertise in all matters ICT, which saves me the time and the hassle of researching a rapidly changing area of essential buisness technology.
We now enjoy a fully functional 3CX phone system which is just brilliant.

Outstanding support and service, brilliant product
After 12 months of nothing but hassle with another supplier, who simply offered no support to us and in fact did every dirty trick to block us moving away, I T communications went over and above in supporting our business and finding solutions that the other supplier simply couldnt do. We have had a seamless move over and our new system is brilliant, the support service and back up is friendly and remarkably efficient. We are a young company and do not have much IT knowledge, we wanted someone and something that could simply "take care of it" for us and that we could call if we needed something changed- we have found them.
I normally steer clear of recommending anything to anyone, but this company and the product they supply- no worries, I would recommend to all.

Outstanding !!
I purchased this company's Cisco 7940g phone configuration file set.
Considering the modest price paid for the set I was bowled over by the superb support given by their friendly,knowledgable and highly professional staff.
Five stars !

I cannot see a better alternative
Dave at IT Communications always goes the "extra mile" - most of us know this is a rare event in any field, let alone I.T.
For VOIP ( a veritable minefield) - right now I cannot think of a better combination of 3cx & I.T. Communications.

Customer Service is what is delivered
IT Communications provide a range of products as do a lot of IT businesses but IT Communications also provide excellent personal customer service which is not so common in these days of faceless call centres. I have no hesitation in recommending them as a choice supplier.
