Thanks for the kind words, and thanks for your order. DHL are very good at getting things to N. Ireland on a next day we tend to find unlike most other couriers anything outside of Belfast is usually on a 2 day lead time.

Unfortunately I see you have not left a name so I have no idea who you are! but if you are the gentleman that rang asking us about postal options I did tell you that as we are at Pinewood Studios we do not have a postal service that will allow that option and it is our company policy only to send items out by a secure delivery service due to the nature of the goods we sell. The item you required was obscure and yes was not in stock with us at 3D Broadcast at the time of your order, but I did manage to secure the item from another dealer and yes you did get the goods the very next morning. Yes I understand that the company we used sent the goods out to you by the post, I could have just got the goods from Sony direct and waited for the 4-5 day lead time quoted by Sony and had the goods sent here and then sent them out to you by our secure methods and you wold have not them complained about the delivery price, I thought the best option was to get the goods out to you as soon as possible and for your information I was charged £12 ex vat by the other company for delivery too. I guess this is one of those you are damned if you do and damned if you don't occasions

Thanks for the order and I am sorry you feel our delivery options are high, I can also tell you we make no money form shipping as we do charge a flat fee and that is if you purchase 1 or 100 items it all goes out at the £15 ex vat fee

Thanks for the great feedback and kind words, I would love to say that all orders go as smooth as yours, but that would just not be true. It is how we handle the ones that don't is the true measure.

Hope you get great use out of the EVF and once again thank you for your business we really do appreciate it.

Re the P&P costs we charge a flat fee so if you purchase 1 item or 20 items regardless the size of the parcel/parcels it is the same fee anywhere in mainland UK. Sometimes we make on the shipping but in most cases we loose out due to the volumetric size and numbers of boxes sent. It is also a secure delivery and not through the Post and lets face it we all know how unreliable that is at the moment.

Hope that helps to explain our costs a little more and once again a big thanks for the order.

Hi Christopher, Thanks for the positive feedback, we do try to be as competitive as possible on the web, it is a constant battle to try to do this and as you know if you search long and hard enough there is always somebody cheaper, but they are normally the ones that do not have the stock as you know with your search. The new Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM is a very hard lens to get hold of and we were able to supply it to you the very next day. We do appreciate your feedback and will endeavor to be as competitive as possible. Once again thanks for the order and enjoy the lens it’s a lovely bit of kit

We are sorry for the late delivery of the boom pole, we did inform you that this would be delayed. The unit had to come direct from Sennheiser UK who did send it direct to you to save time on the delay, when it comes to the Rycote products, Sennheiser do not keep a great deal of stock on their shelves, but we have since been informed by our rep this is in the process of changing and they (Sennheiser) intend to keep more Rycote products in stock so hopefully this will not cause such a long delay in the future
