The Three Wise Monkeya deliver the goods!
I was very impressed with your service which was excellent from the moment of ordering to delivery at exactly the time given to me. You kept me informed of the status of my order. The price was good and although the remote is a little weak, the DVD works well and at long last I am able to see my talented grandsons perform in the high school musical. What joy! Thank you for making this possible.

Efficient, Friendly and Helpful
I have been extremely impressed by the level of customer care I have received. Due to damage in transit I had to return my original order a Denver DVD player, but thanks to the continual correspondance with staff keeping me up to date with what was happening I very quickly had a replacement which I am very pleased with, I can now watch my Region 1 DVD's. I am a senior citizen and I am a bit wary of ordering on-line but I certainly would not hesitate in ordering anything from this company again.

Outstanding service from this company.
AS a first time buyer from 3 Monkeys,I ordererd a DVD player in the mid-afternoon
and pai a small extra sum for next day delivery. The following morning as I was
checking the tracking notice on the carriers website, I was informed that I could
expect delivery at between 11:00 and 12:00 a.m. At 11:45 the driver was at the
door with the goods. The player is as ordered, works perfectly ( plays U.S. discs)
and is all it claims to be. 3 Monkeys and your delivery service, you are an example
of great service and I have no hesitation in recommending you to anybody who
wants to buy your line of goods.

100% trustworthy
Just fantastic. Great website to use. So easy to order and came a day and a half later. Even got a txt message and a email telling me the exact time my order would b with me. They even gave me the option of changing the time if it wasn't convienant. Brilliant company to work with and would 100% use again. I've never been on a website with such amazing reviews but after using them I now understand why. They deserve all the good praise and more!! Thank u 3wise monkeys!!

A wonderful shopping experience.
If you ever need accessories for your viewing go to 3wisemonkeys. My order was delivered the next day, on time and safely packaged. I received excellent support whilst setting up my new DVD player, a Denver, and was up and running in less than half an hour after delivery. Their customer service is easy to access from the web site which, in itself, is a very easy site use. A company to be recommended and one which I hope expands and develops on the coming years.

Excellent service & reasonably priced products.
My experience with 3wisemonkeys was exceptional. They are really wise in their approach to every arm of online retail.
What impressed me the most was the delivery service, at every stage i was updated. And on the day of the delivery, i received notification of my delivery with a one hour time slot. And as notified, my product was delivered within the one hour time slot i was promised.
I have already started recommending and promoting 3wisemonkeys to my friends and colleagues. Well done and keep it up.

A great company to deal with.
I was very impressed at the efficiency of 3wisemonkeys. I ordered the Denver Dvd player which arrived promptly and on time. I received an email advising me of the exact time in the day when the delivery would be, and I would definately recommend this company to anybody considering a purchase. The delivery company was excellent also. I plugged in the dvd and off it went, played NTSC no problem and all other dvds I own. Fantastic.

Qaulity kit, good service, excellent delivery
The Nextbase kit from 3wisemonkeys is good quality, and the service when I called to ask a pre sales question was also good. The delivery service was excellent as I chose the day for delivery, then they texted me on the day with a 1 hour delivery window - and it arrived spot on.

Excellent - Would definitely use again
I bought some in car dvd players. 3wisemonkeys had the cheapest price and also offered a free gift some wireless headphones. I was very impressed by the communication I received re the delivery of my items. I was told the day the my delivery was due only a day or so after ordering. I was given option to the change date which I did. On the morning the delivery was due I was informed of my hour time slot which items arrived in. Very impressed excellent service.

Great Website, Great service
I ordered a small compact DVD player on line but initially it was out of stock but Jason emailed me when it arrived and so I ordered it again. The player is great but unfortunately there seemed to be a fault on the remote control but 3wisemonkeys without hesitation quickly sent me a replacement. Great company to deal with - I would highly recommend them.

Trustworthy supplier giving excellent service
Although there was a fault with the product ( a dvd player that wouldn't recognise that there was a disc in the player) The response from 3wisemonkeys was fast with not only a replacement but a free upgrade as well. In fact all email correspondence was swiftly responded to, very helpful in all respects and very customer oriented. Because of this I would not hesitate to do further business with them and recommend them to others.

Perfect ... in a word
Was looking for a 5.1 DVD player and found the Denver on a well known auction site , costing £51 + £8 delivery, looked around the net and found it here at £15 cheaper and £6.95 next day delivery. It was a no brainer for me. Extremely happy with the product and the fast service. Many thanks, i will be back again. A very satisfied customer.

so far very good service and dvd for any region
We are very pleased with the easynness of installing the dvd player and the quality of the player for the price. It was delivered when you told us it would be. We are now ordering some more region 1 dvd's to enjoy as we are region 2 and could not watch them before. I have tried 1 region 1 dvd and if they all work like that one then i would most definetly recomend your service,price and dvd player

Best customer service for years!
I ordered a multi-regional DVD from 3wisemonkeys. I'm always sceptical about using unknown (to me) sites, particularly to purchase something, but it was a really good deal and the existing customer reviews were pretty good. I could not believe the extraordinary detail this company went to! This is proper customer service, as it should be. The ordering process was simple and fast. I received confirmation emails / texts to advise the order had been received and then processed. This was followed by it's ready to dispatch, I got offered alternative delivery options, which were via a simple text I received further communications that they was received and confirmed. All followed by further communications stating dispatch had happened, a notification of expected delivery time in a very specific window of time (very helpful!), notification of delivery, full details of who had taken the parcel in for me including their name. FANTASTIC! I knew exactly what was happening at all times! I do hope this is not a complicated system that may one day be removed.. because let me tell you 3WiseMonkeys.. it's goes the extra mile that made me recommend you to everyone in my office, friends and family! Oh and by the way... the DVD player... works perfectly.. ! Brilliant. Thank you.

GREAT TO FIND A COMPANY THAT'S REALLY GENUINE... REFRESHING OR WHAT
Fab service - great communication about Rocket Fast delivery with up to the minute info on delivery times and even the option to re-deliver to a neighbour at the last minute (which I used and was great.....) Lovely product well described and does all the things I wanted it to do. Would definitely recommend... in fact I already have!!!
Finally something that's NOT too good to be true.... just decent reliable service from a great company... Can't fault them.

Very impresses with the service and very quick ordering on the website
The website was very clear when ordering, which was good and you could claerly put in a different delivery address to the invoice address. Delivery said 5-10 days but it came within 36 hours and I didn't oreder intil 9pm. The Next base DVD player is also great. Only tested once but didn't jump at all which my previous one did, so happy travelling to france now with my 7 year old.
