The delivery driver should have called when he was en-route using the telephone number provided during checkout, we will investigate why this has not been the case.

All our deliveries are to the first external door of the property only as the delivery driver is not insured to enter your property. This is inline with the shipping policy of most online retailers - especially when orders involve large or heavy items. As per our terms & conditions (http://www.4bathrooms.co.uk/index.php/terms-and-conditions):

3.5: As soon as you have accepted delivery of and signed for the goods you accept full responsibility for them. Our drivers are authorised to deliver goods to the address listed on the order only. Note that delivery is to the first exterior door of the property only. Goods will not be delivered without a signature unless this has been authorised by the person named on the order in advance. If prior authorisation has been given to deliver the goods without a signature the goods become the responsibility of the person named on the order at the point of delivery as if the goods had been signed for.

All our back to wall pans can be connected with a standard flexi pan connector, have you sent an email to support@4bathrooms.co.uk requesting assistance? Our support staff will usually answer all support requests by the end of the next working day.

If you have not done so already please send an email to support@4bathrooms.co.uk detailing how you require the pan to be connected and one of our support staff will respond with a suggested solution or a request for further information if necessary. It may be helpful if you can attach photographs of the location you intend to install the pan.

The SagePay checkout screen will automatically use the same details entered as the billing address during checkout, this being the reason we ask they match the cardholder's during checkout.

Please accept my apologies for any difficulties you have experienced with our telephone support. We generally cannot take orders over the telephone due to credit card security measures, this helps to ensure the security of our customer's details. Please send an email to support@4bathrooms.co.uk with details of any issues you have had with any of our support staff and I will look into the matter further.

As a gesture of goodwill we will refund the extra £10 you paid for overnight delivery and I will also investigate the reasons for your delivery being delayed.

We use a pallet network for shipping large or heavy items, delivery is always made by either a local courier or a haulage company belonging to the network. These are known as 'local hubs' and 4bathrooms has no direct contact with them.

I would like to apologise for the poor service you have received from your local hub and I can assure you we will be taking this issue up with the pallet network as a matter of priority. Please can you contact us with full details of the issues you have experienced as we will report any unprofessional or inappropriate conduct to the pallet network directly. As members of the pallet network, local hubs are expected to provide a professional and courteous service at all times and we have rarely experienced any problems with them.

Hi there,

As per our terms and conditions and in compliance with The Distance Selling Regulations we will refund or replace any goods that arrived damaged, missing or incorrect - provided we are notified within 7 working days of receipt - at our own cost.

Unfortunately, unaware to us the manufacturer of the shower had shipped them missing a part. The delay was due to the replacement parts being shipped to us from outside the UK, the manufacturer having no UK stock available.

We also state in section 1.2 of our terms and conditions:

1.2: WE STRONGLY ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO NEITHER SCHEDULE NOR COMMENCE INSTALLATION NOR ANY OTHER WORK UNTIL ALL GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND BEEN CHECKED THOROUGHLY. 4bathrooms.co.uk will not accept liability for any costs, losses, damages or fees either incurred or accumulated, whether directly, indirectly or consequential, by any party as a result of incomplete, cancelled or delayed installation and/or fitting of goods.

This ensures we can resolve any issues with an order prior to any schedules or deadlines being agreed with fitters, plumbers etc.

I apologise for the issues with your order and I'm sorry you feel our customer services were not up to our usual standards. We do endeavour to resolve any issues in a timely manner as many of our reviews on here will attest.
