delt with a small probelm
quick delivery and well wrapped on a pallet. on getting the unit and sink indoors it was noticed a small blemish in the inside of the sink. one call and one email got it sorted, a new replacement sink was sent.

Excellent quality and fast delivery
I was slightly sceptical about the quality of the shower unit for the price as it was much cheaper than anywhere else. However, when the unit was delivered, it was of a fantastic quality, definitely exceeding my expectations. Delivery was only a couple of days and was exceptionally well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from this company again.

Excellent value that won't be beaten on price
I brought a bathroom suite from 4 bathrooms and saved between £600 to £1000, I did my homework and shopped around at various D.I.Y stores & other on-line retailers.
My expectations were not high on the quality due to the low prices but I was pleasently surprised at just how good it was.
I would recommend 4 bathrooms to anyone who likes good value for money. I would definitely use again. Thank you.

3 to 5 working day delivery, Im on the 6th day still waiting
Order something with a 3 to 5 day delivery expect it to turn up within 5 working days!!!
Customer not happy with me, fitting her new bathroom expect the vanity unit to turn up on the Thursday! We are now onto Friday & I dont even expect it to turn up tomorrow!
They have the cheek to send me an email to rate there service!!!!!!!

love to sell, hate afterservice
The order came really fast and we were kept updated on its progress. However, they don't appear to quality check their incoming stock. The bath panel was 20cm too long. A replacement was ordered from the manufacturer and was couriered to us, but when it arrived it was cracked in 2 places. We now have to prove to them that it is cracked before they will send another replacement - hopefully not by the same courier!

Great value but poor service
I recieved my order as promised but I was sent the wrong size P shaped bath panel , 1700 instead of 1500. I informed the company and the wrong size was dispatched again, I'm still waiting tfor the correct size. Despite this this company have great value for money and would reccomend them to other people I know.

Ordered a full bathroom suite from them and everything arrived well packaged and very impressed with quality. Had slight issue with toilet seat but Alistair resolved for us and I have ordered further products because of the customer service element of their company. Alistair is currently dealing with a faulty bath panel which I'm sure will be resolved as efficiently. Order with confidence I did a lot of shopping around before deciding to order with 4bathrooms but so glad I did. Excellent value and peace of mind, not many companies like this around these days!!

Good product!
The product was really good, the taps are really solid and all products were well packaged! I did have to chase the delivery date as I didn't hear from them for a week after purchase. When I did contact them they were helpful and organised the delivery quickly. When the product was delivered there was only one delivery driver and I had to help him in with the sink unit as it was too heavy for him to get up the front steps alone, glad I was strong enough, but a bit dissapointed I had to help as a £30 delivery charge isn't cheap!

Humm well
Well the bath looks awesome but one thing is
That you have to put all the sizes about the bath
Other than 1700 x 700 as the inside of the bath
Is small I'm glad I don't have a big butt as it would get stuck

Ordered, checked and received with no hassle
I ordered a 900mm bi fold shower door and paid for overnight delivery. I checked on the day delivery was due. The man confirmed I would receive the shower door that day. It did arrive on time. The delivery man brought it in and was happy to place it where I wanted it to go.
Our builder installed it and it looks beautiful. The shower is not ready for use yet so I can't tell you about day to day use.

Disappointing!
Ordered,2 heated towel rails and a cloakroom suite.I only ordered from 4bathrooms because it clearly stated in stock,delivery 3-5 days.The towel rails and toilet eventually arrived[more than 5days]
No vanity unit to complete cloakroom suite. This was desperately needed to complete quite a lot of work while plumber was here.Every time I phoned I was assured that it would be delivered the next day! We were down to the very last day the plumber could possibly do this and still no vanity unit.The plumber said he had located a full cloakroom suite that could be delivered that day so we had to go with that.I phoned 4bathrooms yet again asking them to cancel order for cloakroom suite and please come and collect toilet.I was told message would be passed to Alistair the boss and he would phone back. As usual he didn't.I phoned again,spoke to Alistair this time,expressed my displeasure yet again.He then said he would arrange for toilet to be picked up and re-credit me with full amount.I still await this.
The whole thing has been very stressful,Having major work done on house is bad enough.I get the feeling they are trying but not getting it right.Communication seems to be bad between people answering phone and Alistair.They don't seem to hold any stock there,only order from a supplier once they get an Internet order. This hasn't worked in our case. The quality of the heated towel rails seems good.If only they wouldn't say things are coming when they aren't.promise to phone back and don't,blame their supplier or carrier for non-delivery.This is of no interest to the customer. Just like when we go to buy a tin of beans from Tesco,the fact that their supplier has run out of beans or is unable to deliver because it's raining is Tesco's worry not the customer's. 4bathrooms and Tesco are the retailers and so are fully responsible for all problems that ensue with their suppliers.
wonder if I should put the spare loo up on E-bay!

Great Value Good Quality Bathrooms
Ordering the items was easy and straightforward. You would be hard pushed to find many of the items any cheaper anywhere else at the same standard, only let down was the fact there was a £29 delivery charge and i had to chase up as my items had not been delivered, and when they did deliver it was just a pallet left infront of the house. Although there were many alternative suppliers selling the same bathroom furniture and against my gut feeling,having read some bad reviews regards this company.I found the price too good to resist.So, I took the gamble,there was no need to worry, ordered on Monday and received the goods on Thursday of that same week and found the quality to be very acceptable.The experience was very straight forward and would not hesitate in telling my friends to buy from them.Indeed their choice of courier was also first class.

Delivered a day late!
I arranged for my items to be delivered on the Monday when I had booked a day off work for this purpose. When I hadnt received them by 5pm I called and was told they hadnt been marked for delivery on the Monday (despite me talking to customer services ahead of the order and the same person again after the order). I was advised it could be delivered the following day. Therefore, I had to take another day off work. The products where good quality and thwe delivery driver polite and helpful however this was spoiled by the inconvenience of the incorrect delivery date.

really great prices and quick delivery times
checked shower try and waste, but not check the enclosure, it was dropped by the delivery man, on delivery but my son wouldnt know what to look out for if it was damaged. and nether would I.. so the plummer is going to check it for me.... cant here any rattling so fingers crossed.... but overall brilliant web site.. and i have passed the site onto a few people now, who have also used you too...

complete Bathroom suite + accessories
I order a complete suite from 4bathrooms and on completion of the order we requested that they hold the items for about 5-6 weeks as our plumber could not start until mid march. They agreed to store items for FREE.
The goods were delivered when we requested and on the specified date by courier and ontime.
Our plumber started on his date and after a few days we discovered that the pop up and waste pipe were wrong.We requested a revised part and they were delivered the next day without extra cost.
Excellent service second to none and all information provided was answered clearly.
we have recommended them to our friends and will order fom them in the future.
Fantastic service.
This is how companies should be, no problem, no quibbles.

Good efficient service & competitive price.
I bought a tall bathroom storage cupboard and a smaller storage cupboard. The discounted price was a good competitive market price. The delivery was efficient although I was left with the pallet crate to break up and dispose of. As the units were delivered pre-assembled the pallet crate was necessary but there could have been better protection to the top and bottom leading edges of the tall unit as I found a chip in the plinth of the tall unit when I removed the cardboard boxing.

Quality products, excellent prices, delivered next day. Perfect.
I found everything I needed for a complete bathroom re-fit on the 4bathrooms website, at better prices than anywhere else.
I was slightly concerned about ordering from a website I hadn't used before, especially as I'd found a number of reviews which weren't positive, so I decided to pay for next day delivery in case any of my order was missing or damaged so that there would be time to rectify things.
I needn't have worried. From placing the order with Annette- who was very helpful with queries I had about two of the products- to receiving the complete order the next day, everything went well.
I would use this company again.

Read some bad reviews but for my experience they were totally unfounded. Quick and efficient service and by far the cheapest online for the vanity unit which was available nearly everywhere. Will use them again if I need anything

Poor products all had issues.
Toilet and cistern did not match up for the water pipes, the toilet bowl was cracked!!! The sink was not straight when put together unfort we had ordered from NI and made it diff to change the products. On a brighter note the two shower enclosures were excellent and a very good price.

All our close-coupled toilet pans and cisterns conform to UK standards - any problems with replacing an existing toilet like-for-like can usually be resolved using standard plumbing supplies available from most plumbers merchants. If there is ever any doubt about the suitability of a product for a particular purpose our sales staff are always happy to advise.
We will also happily replace any products that arrive damaged or defective provided we are notified within seven days of delivery as per our terms and conditions, including within Northern Ireland. If goods are received damaged or defective we simply ask that a photograph of the problem - taken with either a mobile phone or digital camera - be emailed to support@4bathrooms.co.uk along with a description of the problem and the order number.
Due to the nature of the products we sell - with most containing ceramics or glass - there unfortunately will be some occasions when goods are damaged during transit. The goods are securely packed onto pallets in our warehouse and we have carefully selected our courier services to minimise the risk of damage during transit. As a result almost all the goods we send (over 97%) are received intact.
I would also like to point out that all materials used in the manufacture of our products meet or exceed EU regulations and we only sell products that are backed by full manufacturer guarantees.

good quailty bathtub but would not use again
The bath tub was good quailty & price but the basin & toilet were smashed on delivery. They delivered it in a huge lorry which could not drive up the road I was working in.
Nothing had instructions with it, luckerly I'm a plumber & figured it out. The bath legs were missing and no toilet seat was supplied. The price was very good and the quailty was high just a bit of a shabbles getting it delivered.

Not received it yet
I was not at home when delivery made so contacted company delivering it and made alternative arrangements. Stayed in all day monday they forgot to put it on lorry said they'd deliver it today, still no delivery. I work I cannot afford to keep taking time off to except a delivery which doen't arrive

Great Value for Money
I would recommend 4 Bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of a new bathroom . They were very good value for money and have a large range of items to choose from to make your bathroom something special. The delivery was very good too and arrived within the 3 - 5 days from placing my order.
