Excellent service of a great product
I bought an Ethnicraft dining table and six chairs. These were available earlier than expected, and 4living called me to ask if I'd like it delivered earlier - which I did. The guys who delivered the furniture were friendly and efficient, and assembled to table quickly. I would not hesitate to buy from this supplier again, and in fact probably will.

An excellent item and a good delivery experience
I am delighted with this Luxor Copper Leaf Lamp - it looks very smart in its new location and is of good quality and very well-made. Although it is described as a table lamp, because it's quite tall we are also able to use it as a floor lamp - and it looks great.
The lamp was very well packaged and was delivered by a carrier who conveniently let us know the exact delivery date beforehand which was extremely useful.
Online information and customer service/communication was also very helpful and I would recommend 4 Living Furniture to anyone.

4living;- great service and lacquer furniture
I did lots of research for this furniture but decided to buy from 4living because of the positive reviews online, and I haven't been disappointed. Ordering and delivery went like clockwork and I am very pleased with the white lacquer furniture (though 1 drawer is a bit stiff at the moment) I bought. Brilliant, we couldn't have asked for a better service or price.
We initially looked at ordering a sofa from this retailer as they offered a very competitive price online. Further, we have a flat with tight access and this company were happy to go to great lengths to check the minimum dimensions that the sofa would fit through.
After placing the order we were given a delivery estimate and communication was good. On the day of delivery the team (Hayward & Alex) turned up on time, were polite, friendly, efficient and went to a huge effort to get the sofa into our lounge without damage. I can't thank them enough. Needless to say, the sofa itself was also as described and absolutely beautiful.
This experience was a world away from another large item delivery with Currys recently, I can highly recommend this company.

We did get someone to house sit to take delivery 3.00pm, did'nt need to as item arrived 5.30pm when we were home.

Great communications great product
I was browsing for a particular clock and found it on 4living.co.uk.. They offered a very good price and free shipping all the way to Australia! The clock was wrapped so well and it arrived intact. It was just what I wanted and I am very happy with their services.. I would use them again and recommend them to others

Super quality statement piece of furniture
Purchased a solid oak ' wave ' tv unit/sideboard from 4 living . Unit arrived yesterday and was delivered to my lounge by the chaps without any fuss, at 2 meters long I can assure you this unit is heavy! Wonderful quality item really looks fantastic and I'm glad that after looking for a while I've found through 4 living the perfect piece of furniture..

Thank you 4living for making my oriental white lacquer wardrobe delivery as easy as pie. From confirmation phonecall to navigating my (slightly tricky) three flights of stairs, the team excelled. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again and would recommend to all. The wardrobe looks even better than in the picture and fits perfectly. 4living - keep up the good work.

Excellent, upfront and honest service!
Having had a dreadful experience with a company (who shall remain nameless), it was great to see the same piece of furniture being offered for sale by 4Living. Getting an honest delivery date had been one of the problems with this other company, but 4Living kept me informed with accurate information and even phoned up and apologised when there was an error about stock and delivery. They were friendly and helpful. If it hadn't have been for the item being out of stock, after they had told me there was one in their warehouse, I would have given them 5 stars.
I can definitely recommend them and will be using them again soon I hope.

I found 4Living via Google search engine when I was looking to match furniture I had purchased a few years ago. It turned out to be an exact match and just as described on the web site. The quality appears to be good, price competitive, with communications and responses from 4Living excellent - plus delivery a day earlier than anticipated.

Very good quality, great value for money, and a positive retail experience.
We were very specific about what we were looking for... Creamy white bedroom furniture in an Oriental style. We Googled it and found 4Living.co.uk. Initially, we were resigned to getting the items made bespoke but 4Living had pretty much exactly what we wanted, and costing much less than our furniture maker would've charged. The bed arrived very quickly, the chest of drawers was a five week wait, as expected. Communication with the retailer was spot on through-out, and delivery was made at a time that suited us. The delivery guys took the very heavy item up three flights of stairs in our terraced house to the exact area we wanted, and took all the packaging away with them. Not long ago, I wouldn't have considered buying large items like this without seeing them in person first but, in this instance, I had no major concerns. We bought quality furniture that complements the room perfectly.

Great service, fast delivery, beautiful product!
We needed a table very quickly for a show we were doing. 4living dealt with this request extremely well and secured us the delivery date we wanted. I phoned up and emailed a couple of times to follow up or ask questions and someone was always at the end of the phone, helpful and friendly. The table was delivered on the day promised, in excellent condition and looked great in the show.

Excellent product, helpful service
I ordered two solid oak open bookcases from 4Living. I had some questions before ordering, which were handled in a helpful way. Ordering arrangements were straightforward.
The two bookcases arrived today and I'm delighted with them - they're exactly as described on the web page. What's more, they were exceptionally well packed to protect them in transit.
They only slight disappointment is that I had to wait two weeks longer for delivery than I was originally told. Nevertheless, a super buy.

Ordered my console table and mirror which had a 4 week delivery wait ... Although I did need to contact 4living after the 4 weeks to find out when my order would be delivered I was given a day and my parcel arrived with no problems ... We bought an oak sideboard but had to have it delivered on very specific dates as the house was being renovated and we were living away from the property. They were extremely helpful in organising this for us and the sideboard (which is very good) arrived as planned.

Very please with the product & the delivery process
I received very good service. Once I placed the order I received a phone call to arrange a delivery date. I asked them to call me about 30 minutes before the delivery was due which they did. They arrived on time & took away all the packaging with them.

Excellent service
We had ordered the chest of drawers from a different company who took our money & then said it would be months before they could deliver it to us. Having cancelled that order we found the product on 4 living's website.
4 living were absolutely different they kept us informed at all times, predicted accurately when the product would be available , delivered it at a time we had agreed and finally carried the drawers up 3 flights of stairs into a loft room

Very Polite, Traditional Service.
4Living aim to compete so will try to price match which they did with my sofa order.Kept me fully informed about progress without having to be chased which is very reassuring and rare these days. There was a delay by the foreign manufacturer which was clearly beyond 4Living's control, but again they offered the information upfront. Best of all they offer a free returns guarantee. Note: other companies charge a restocking fee and return carriage adding up to 20% of an order. When buying online these sneaky fees are a costly risk. I would definately buy from them again.

Fabulous furniture and wonderful service
I was a bit nervous about ordering my sideboard online without first seeing it, but I needn't have worried. This is a truly magnificent piece of furniture executed to the highest standard and well worth the money! From initial contact to delivery I had excellent service and the delivery guys/installers were mindful of my floor, furnishings and my new sideboard - especially as it was extremely heavy and really needed three to help move it. I can't praise highly enough. First rate.

Very good service,a bit disappointed with product
I loved the look of the bird song cuckoo clock and was delighted to find it online. It was easy to order, arrived quickly and safely and looked lovely too. My only disappointment is with the product itself. There needs to be a volume control or the birdsong needs to be louder. I find I am waking up before it goes off as I worry that it may not wake me up. Also, the clock has a light, but it cannot be operated to check the time in the dark and just flashes when the alarm goes off.

Great service, and a high quality matress
4Living may be a little tucked out the way place, but they offer a friendly and extremely informed service. We were looking for a high quality latex mattress, and were certainly not disappointed.
The mattress arrived on time well packaged. As we had ordered a European King size the mattress was made up of two single mattresses, that are zipped together inside a single cotton cover. I can happily say you do not notice that they're two mattresses at all. A wool topper was also included, and again is of high standard.
We have now been using the bed for nearly a month now, and we're very happy with our decision. It's not what we expected to begin with, it doesn't give you that floaty feeling that memory foam gives, and is firmer than you'd imagine, but still supports your whole body extremely well. It doesn't smell or sleep hot, like some memory foam mattresses we've slept on, and we've got the added comfort of knowing that it's also very eco-friendly.
Overall we're very happy, and would highly recommend 4Living and their latex mattresses.

A change of mind was no problem!
Really pleased with both the goods ordered and the personal service received. One item was not suitable for the area intended. A quick call arranged the collection and replacement of another piece which looks fab in situ!

Good customer service, delivery not so hot
We ordered a Meridian lattice walnut bed from 4living a few weeks ago, and received an email saying we would be contacted within 3 days re a delivery date / time. This didn't happen so I live chatted with Roger at 4living late one night - I heard from the delivery company soon after. They gave me a date, and told me the driver would call between 8-9 am on the delivery day to give us an ETA which would be sometime late morning; he didn't call and didn't arrive. It was a Sunday so there was no answer from the delivery company office when I rang to try and find out what was going on. Around 5pm I called 4living (having assumed they would also not be available on a Sunday and then checking their website to find that fhey were open 7 days a week) and spoke to a nice lady who said she would look into it, but then around 5:45 the delivery finally arrived! I then also got a call back from Roger.
So I would say the bed is a nice solid piece of furniture (although a bit lower than I was expecting) and the customer service from 4living was very good, but the delivery service let them down a bit.
