I was really pleased with the walnut dining table. Well built, good quality and looks fab. I had a number of queries and found 4living very helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Personal and quality customer service second to none.
A top rate transaction from the moment I clicked on to the picture of this gorgeous sideboard. I knew it was precisely the one I wanted. All communications with this company (via Roger) were efficient, polite and helpful at all times. Dealing with 4 Living is like dealing with one of the family. Nothing has been too much. I do not think a different supplier would have bothered with this deal which was not particularly straightforward as it spanned a good few months due primarily to staggered communication across a few countries. You also understood my frustration with financial transaction difficulties. I was not home when the sideboard was delivered yesterday but my husband was most impressed and happy. I can certainly think of no negatives.

Good quality furniture that arrives when they say it will.
Helpful on the phone, plenty of contact, reassurance on quality of furniture and wood, furniture delivered by friendly staff who unpacked everything and took away the packing. Delivery arrived within 15 mins of the specific time arranged. Everything worked well. Very pleased with the furniture ordered.

Fantasic Service, fantastic product
I used the great service of 4Living to the full extent.
Initiatlly I sent a longish list of questions via the chat, most were answered promptly and competently, a rather specific question was answered via mail a day later after confirming with the furniture maker in Belgium.(I rather wait for an answer which I can trust!!!)
The follow-up discussion including the sales discussion was done professionally.
The delivery process again was very smoothly and even my after-sales question re care of the product was answered promptly.
And before I forget - the product itself is stunning and a wonder in terms of capacity!

Great product and great service
I bought the kookoo clock as a birthday present. Roger bent over backwards to ensure i recieved it in time for the birthday. Customer service willing to go that extra mile is hard to find these days, so very grateful for that and the kookoo clock is fabulous. Will always give this website a look when looking for something different for the home. Highly recommend it.

Stunning furniture and great service
I am really pleased with my furniture, it looks every bit as good as it does online. I ordered the black oriental lacquered range - the tv unit, side board, side table and ottoman and it all looks fantastic. Very stylish, beautiful, well made pieces of furniture. The service was also very good, everything was made very clear and the furniture was delivered on time and very well packaged. I was so made up with the furniture that I've gone back and ordered more for a bedroom. I just wish more online retailers were this good.

very good service, could do better with delivery
The process was very smooth and the people very helpful and kind. They delivered on the day we agreed on, even if with a delay. It would be more helpful if you offered more delivery slots/options as currently it is every tuesday every fortnight.
Thank you for the service though, the bedside tables are beautiful.

We are very pleased with out black lacquer console table. The quality appears excellent, and its narrow enough for our hallway. No problems with delivery. The company called and negotiated a deliver time (am or pm) and was flexible with changes to delivery time. Highly recommended.

5 star rating only forfeited by fact that the sideboard came a few weeks later than promised - but it was pre-Christmas, so delays may have been unavoidable & I had, after all, said I was not in a rush...!
I particularly appreciated the deliverers staying to unpack the furniture, ensure its condition and remove packaging.
The sideboard looks very stylish and well-finished.

Beautiful products and excellent service - a company that is a pleasure to do business with.
So pleased with the service I have received - the staff are friendly and extremely professional (any enquires I have made have been dealt with immediately). My furniture was delivered on time, was well packaged and looks even more beautiful than depicted in the brochure (and I have even been offered the loan of a matching unit whilst I await the delivery of a TV cabinet).

Superb products with fast reliable delivery
Hunted the web for the products we required and 4living had them all, they offered a good discount and were delivered within two weeks, you couldn't expect more, fantastic service.
They were delivered securly wrapped and there was no damage to any of the items - they even gave me some assistance over the phone putting the table together!
Superb - will certainly use them again.

Friendly and reliable service
Friendly and reliable service, nice to be able to get through to speak to somebody easily on the phone. This became important after the courier forgot to deliver part of my consignment on the first drop. The problem was efficiently sorted out by Roger however and the furniture is beautiful, well made and looks great in the room. The acid test:Yes I would buy from them again. Can't say that for many of the furniture suppliers I have dealt with!

It was my first time I bought an expensive piece of furniture online and I was a bit nervous whether the product would meet my high expectations. Now as the beautiful Miri Wardrobe stands in our bedroom I'm positively surprised about the quality of the furniture and the great customer experience we had with 4Living. Customer service was excellent from the very first query throughout the whole purchase process until delivery. All my questions were answered within 24 hours, they kept me informed about the status of the order and delivery to Ireland was not a problem. The wardrobe even arrived earlier than scheduled and the person from the transport company was equally pleasant and helpful.
