Good selection, reasonably priced
4Living were the most competitively priced of the two UK stockists that I found selling the Ethnicraft TV unit I was looking for. Delivery was included in the price and the free returns and full money back policy made my decision to spend around £1000 on an item I had only seen pictures of a little easier to make.

Great mattress & service
We are very happy with our new prolana Latex mattress.
The mattress was delivered to an upstairs bedroom and all the
packaging removed - excellent quick & polite service!

MISTAKE PURCHASE (NOT!!)
We are generally very good at mistake purchases! This time however we've cracked it with two brilliant pieces of furniture - outstanding quality, beautifully stylish and excellent value (the Wave sideboard and the Shadow oak sideboard). Roger at 4Living.co.uk couldn't have been more helpful while we ummed and aahed, hesitated for ages and asked endless questions. He measured things, reported back promptly, repeated answers when we forgot them, and was never pushy. When it came to the delivery, two extremely pleasant people brought the furniture, put it in place and were incredibly helpful too. All in all - a rare company in so many ways (and no, they didn't write this!!)

Hopefully you fixed your ordering form...
Prices of delivering to abroad should be clearly to see. It is not nice to get extra payments for postage when ordering form says free. Anyway I got what I ordered and very happy about it!

Absolutely awesome!!
So yeah bought my first house. Fancied a really snazzy bedroom (as a student I'd be in there loads with a hangover!) so yeah I knew what I wanted and started looking and found four living fast. They have a great price and their web page has all the information you need to make you decision. They even had package deals!
When I ordered they didn't have the items in stock, but no worries! Their friendly staff contacted me with all the details as to what will happen and made it effortless! The delivery was quick and they had the huge items in within minutes! Iv recommended four living to friends and family and once I have saved up abit I look forward to giving my other rooms a little bit of a luxury touch!

Worth it !
I kept thinking if it was worth spending all that money on a mattress. Without being overly dramatic I can say it "changed my life " :
1) No more " night sweat" (used to sweat heavy having to change my tops 2 or 3 times )
2) feeling more refreshed - due to better sleep quality I feel much better in the morning
Service was good too - took the old mattress and brought new one to the second floor in my house.
I will only buy organic in future due to this dramatic effect.
The only reason I don`t give it 5 stars is because they expect you to write a review and then "accept" long winded terms and conditions - which I have NOT read. Why you need this for a review is beyond me.

Good things come to those that wait
Really took a further 3 weeks longer than promised to get this furniture but very much worth the wait. The off white colour is perfect and the side tables and tv unit are well built. Good value.

Sleek and stylish furniture that goes with everything
This is my second piece of furniture from the black lacquer range and I am absolutely thrilled with both my purchases. I have the large coffee table and side table which go well with my dark brown leather sofas and makes the whole room look modern yet sophisticated. I would not normally purchase oriental furniture for my home but this does not look oriental it has nice clean lines and looks modern which is what I was looking for. I also had a glass company make me a couple of 3mm glass tops which not only protect the wood but also reflects the light around the room they also save having to use drinks mats. I am looking forward to getting another piece in this range and would highly recommend this product to anyone. It has been a great experience dealing with Alex and Roger from the 4-living team as their customer service can only be described as excellent ... keep up the good work!

Excellent from order to delivery
I had been very disappointed with Chinese lacquered bedside cabinets from another online store - the images and description looked good, but the quality was poor. Of course online orders are returnable, but no one wants the hassle. I therefore turned to 4 Living with caution. I needn't have worried. The order arrived on schedule, I was phoned to advise when they would be delivered, and the cabinets are beautiful. Thank you, 4 Living.

Great product, great price, reasonable delivery.
I have no hesitation in recommending my oriental style media unit. It is a lovely piece of furniture, and looks just as I had imagined. It was much cheaper than I had seen it elsewhere on the web and I was swung by 4 livings offer of free returns if it didn't work in my lounge. Only slight niggle was the delivery set up. Items are passed from warehouse to a courier and then this company contact the customer to arrange delivery. Communication wasn't brilliant from either 4living or courier, just as I was about to chase up my delivery, having run out of patience, I received a call saying my delivery had be scheduled for the next day! Fortunately I wasn't at work and it is possible that rearranging my slot may have been easy but it was all rather last minute. Having said that, overall a good shopping experience and would definitely buy from 4living again.

Excellent service, a good shopping experience.
Delighted with lamp. Shade slightly damaged, although lamp was well packed. No problem in replacing it with another, which arrived a few days later. Staff very courteous and helpful.

Good quality furniture that arrives when they say it will.
Helpful on the phone, plenty of contact, reassurance on quality of furniture and wood, furniture delivered by friendly staff who unpacked everything and took away the packing. Delivery arrived within 15 mins of the specific time arranged. Everything worked well. Very pleased with the furniture ordered.

Fantasic Service, fantastic product
I used the great service of 4Living to the full extent.
Initiatlly I sent a longish list of questions via the chat, most were answered promptly and competently, a rather specific question was answered via mail a day later after confirming with the furniture maker in Belgium.(I rather wait for an answer which I can trust!!!)
The follow-up discussion including the sales discussion was done professionally.
The delivery process again was very smoothly and even my after-sales question re care of the product was answered promptly.
And before I forget - the product itself is stunning and a wonder in terms of capacity!

Great product and great service
I bought the kookoo clock as a birthday present. Roger bent over backwards to ensure i recieved it in time for the birthday. Customer service willing to go that extra mile is hard to find these days, so very grateful for that and the kookoo clock is fabulous. Will always give this website a look when looking for something different for the home. Highly recommend it.

Stunning furniture and great service
I am really pleased with my furniture, it looks every bit as good as it does online. I ordered the black oriental lacquered range - the tv unit, side board, side table and ottoman and it all looks fantastic. Very stylish, beautiful, well made pieces of furniture. The service was also very good, everything was made very clear and the furniture was delivered on time and very well packaged. I was so made up with the furniture that I've gone back and ordered more for a bedroom. I just wish more online retailers were this good.
