I had a 30 year old hoover and 4outhouse had the parts in stock that i needed to fix it and hoover was fixed in two days, great service and this was the second time i have used this company.

Have bought several items from 4ourhouse, they have always had what I wanted in stock, I bought parts for cookers and found that they even had parts that other sites told me were obsolete, they always list what each item will fit as well as having a good picture of it too. The delivery has always been on time or earlier and the tracking is efficient. All in all a brilliant experience from them.
I ordered part for our oven from their website. the parts are available cheaper on other websites, but they offered a saturday delivery which meant we could have our oven back working for our Sunday lunch. We were given a delivery time, which we were going to be out for. This shouldn't have been a problem as there is a facility to leave the package with neighbours, which we used. We also left a sign by the door asking for the parcel to be left with neighbours. On our return home there was No sign of the package. My neighbours had seen the delivery van, but were not asked to take the parcel.
I have now asked for a refund twice, so that I can reorder the parts. it is now Tuesday and we still can't use our oven.
Customer services seem to reply at 16:50 so by the time you email a reply they have gone home, probably to cook or eat a nice dinner cooked in their oven!!!
I have a young family that I cook for and am disgusted that they haven't refunded the money to enable me to re-order.
Today I am going to write giving 14 days to refund or take court action.
Whilst I appreciate that most of the problem lies with THEIR chosen delivery company (DPD) I don't feel that their customer service department has acted quickly enough to rectify the problem, and we are still waiting!
I searched the comprehensive list of spare parts for my Cooker and, by entering the model number, soon found what I was looking for. The ordering was simple and delivery excellent. The order could be tracked and e-mail notifications let me know what was happening to the order. I have used this company before, with the same results, and would willingly recommend it to anyone else.
I have recently bought two separate items from this site due to my own clumsiness...I blame baby brain!! On both occasions the items were easy to find and purchase, and were both delivered within a week of ordering. I've found the prices more than reasonable. I would recommend the site to anyone.
Having used company before I was confident to use again.
Ordered part and unfortunately was the wrong one, my fault. I asked for it to be sent back and fully accepted I would have to pay for postage, no problem.
Did not think it would cost £5.48 to put tiny package back on shelf.
In small print so be aware.
Was not told about this charge when on phone organising return.
Would not happen if I returned to a high street shop !!!!
I have made purchases before from 4ourhouse and have always found them to be friendly and helpful on the phone. When buying online I have had cause to complain because the item I bought was not the right one. This was because essential information was not visible to me, the customer. However, the customer care centre staff were without exception positive, uncritical and happy to correct the problem and give me a full refund for my incorrect purchase. Customer care is the crux of good relations.
I ordered spares for a Delonghi dehumidifier. The items that I received appeared to be for an earlier model (there was no date for these items). However I was able to convert the dehumidifier to use these items.
I don't advise this course of action, it involves some modification of parts.
Easy web site, vast stock, goods well packed, and first class service with good delivery.
When my liquidiser broke, I thought that's it I'm going have to spend a fortune buying a new one. However 4ourhouse sold the part and so within the week and for less than £10 I was soup making again. Brilliant service and I got a free pen!

I've had problems with my order arriving broken as it is fragile. I had to re-order a replacement and return item for refund. unfortunately second item was also damaged in the post and when dealing with customers service the second time was told to dispose of it and not return it as it had broken glass in it. I am awaiting confirmation of both refunds as of yet.customer services were very helpful at the time of the call.
You sent me an email query which had a space for me to reply. I was unable to use this as my system would not allow me write in that place on the email. I replied at the bottom of the email and returned it but your system does not appear to pick that up so until I chased all this up nothing happened. Once communication was finally established the system worked smoothly.
