I ordered a spare part for my TV from this company only to be told 2 days later that the item would be out of stock for several weeks. On this news i cancelled the order and was given a cancellation number by the Customer Services.
Three days later i received an e-mail stating that the item had been shipped so i called again to be informed that the parts department had not read the cancellation notification sent internally and sent the part (how if they did not have any i'm not sure). I informed them that the order was cancelled and that i would reject the item when delivered.
However, they continued to take the money from my account even though the order was officially cancelled and at this stage nothing had been delivered or even attampted to be delivered and so in my opinion they had no right to take the funds from my account. The delivery was rejected and i'm now 10 days on and still do not have my money back.
Please do not go near this company as they have no interest in customer service and there is no-one there of any authority to deal with. For such a large company i find this whole situation totally unacceptable.
