POOR DELIVERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE MOST UNREASONABLE COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED AND I USE A LOT.
AFTER ORDERING A PART FOR MY FRIDGE ON NEXT DAY DELIVERY IT FIRSTLY DID NOT ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY WHICH I HAD PAID FOR.
SECONDLY I BOUGHT THE PART SO THAT A FRIDGE ENGINEER COULD FIT IT FOR ME BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED BY THE ENGINEERING COMPANY. THE APPOINTMENT WAS ARRANGED FOR A WEEK LATER. ANYWAY TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT THE PART WAS NOT REQUIRED AND WHEN PHONING THE 4OURHOUSE TO ARRANGING A RETURN THEY STATED BECAUSE I DID NOT REPORT THIS IN SEVEN DAYS I COULD NOT RETURN IT. THIS I BELIEVE IS UNREASONABLE AS WITH ALL OTHER COMPANIES YOU NORMALLY GET 28 DAYS TO RETURN AN UNWANTED PRODUCT.
ANYWAY THIS COMPANY KEPT SENDING EMAILS TO MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT AND I REPLIED TO ONE STATING DO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE EMAILS I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
I THEN RECEIVED A CALL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO SAID THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE PART BACK AND SHE WOULD SEND ME AN ENVELOPE TO RETURN THE PART. THIS WAS OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND I AM STILL WAITING.
TOTALLY USELESS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
