Perhaps one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. In short: I tried to order a part for my Kenwood food processor. It arrived after six months later...but in pieces. They wouldn't send me a replacement. Instead, I had to request a refund and then re-order. I re-ordered and few months later needed to change the delivery address. They said I could only cancel the order! Eventually the item arrived one year later - yes one flipping year later!!!. In future I will not buy brands which only use this parts service. Goodbye Kenwood.
