Ordered a cooker part 8th Aug 2012. Waited for a month and enquired as to whereabouts and was told the item would be in stock early Oct. Sent an e-mail enquiry but received no reply despite their claim they would reply to e-mails within 48 hours. Phoned their "non" customer service three days later and was told the item was now obsolete despite it still appearing on their website. Can't understand how they remain in business with such a lack of service or communication. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
