On my first order for a motor for a tumble dryer the part I ordered was not correct due to slight differences in models. Customer services were very helpful and identified the correct part and arranged for it to be sent and the incorrect part picked up. The correct part cost about £30.00 more but instead of billing me for the difference I was forced to pay the full cost of the new part and told the original full payment would be refunded. Considering that it tales about a minute to refund a payment on a PDQ terminal, I had to wait for nearly a month for the refund to be made. Good for 4ourhouse cash flow but very bad for mine.
