I ordered part for our oven from their website. the parts are available cheaper on other websites, but they offered a saturday delivery which meant we could have our oven back working for our Sunday lunch. We were given a delivery time, which we were going to be out for. This shouldn't have been a problem as there is a facility to leave the package with neighbours, which we used. We also left a sign by the door asking for the parcel to be left with neighbours. On our return home there was No sign of the package. My neighbours had seen the delivery van, but were not asked to take the parcel. I have now asked for a refund twice, so that I can reorder the parts. it is now Tuesday and we still can't use our oven. Customer services seem to reply at 16:50 so by the time you email a reply they have gone home, probably to cook or eat a nice dinner cooked in their oven!!! I have a young family that I cook for and am disgusted that they haven't refunded the money to enable me to re-order. Today I am going to write giving 14 days to refund or take court action. Whilst I appreciate that most of the problem lies with THEIR chosen delivery company (DPD) I don't feel that their customer service department has acted quickly enough to rectify the problem, and we are still waiting!
