Efficient and responsive
Absolutely excellent. I ordered a little ceramic pot, which arrived super quickly. Unfortunately one handle had broken (I think more protective packaging would have been wise), so I fired off a quick e-mail. Within 48 hours a replacement was with me, without any fuss or hassle. Really impressive, I was surprised and thrilled when I opened the package and saw my pot. Thankyou 4yourkitchen, it made my day.

The items in stock information that was given on the web site was not accurate, however the communication provided afterwards, by telephone and email, to determine which items I wanted to order was excellent. Delivery was very prompt too.

Great products and website, and delivery was super fast. Very happy with the service.
One suggested improvement to the website - the user needs to be able to press 'back' & return to the previous page without items being lost from the basket. You aren't alone - lots of website suffer from this, but it is a minor irritation to online customers. Excellent company & service though, and we will definitely be back.

First class service
Ordered 2 round Zeal 20cm silicone cake tins, together with a loaf tin and an insulated butter dish. Just love the Zeal products. Anyway, they all came really well wrapped and really quickly at bargain prices compared with other suppliers, can't praise them or their service enough

All the goods I ordered were delivered within 48 hours. Unfortunately, two out of the eleven glass jars I had ordered were broken in transit, but the company dealt with this incredibly efficiently.

No sooner ordered than done!!
These Zeal kitchen accessories were ordered as a house-warming present for my son and daughter-in-law. Lime-green!...just the colour to match their new kitchen. I ordered these easily on your very user-friendly website "latish" on Tuesday evening - by late afternoon on Thursday, they were delivered!! Such a good service!! Might have to treat myself soon - again in lime-green!! Could be my Secret Santa present to myself!!

speedy delivery, could b better quality handle
I received my chestnut pan in super quick time and it was wrapped really well. The wooden handle, where it connects to the pan, is a bit shoddy but im sure it will do the job fine enough. Im not using it till crimbo so cant say anymore yet.

Genuinely first class
I purchased a set of saucepans @ £40, delivery therefore included. E mails advised me of acceptance of order, approval of payment, and the means of tracking my order. A further email from Demon Logistics, the courier, advised a (very prompt) delivery date, and the pans were delivered on the day by a most courteous driver. What more could one ask for? Thank you.
