Initial delivery was prompt but goods were faulty. However it was replaced very quickly and with no fuss.

Goods were actually delivered within 4 working days from the date of order, admittedly the goods were not actually delivered within the 1-2 working days as stated on our web site and this was due to an incompetent courier.

We were not aware of any problem until we received a message from the customer to which we responded straight away and also resolved the situation.
