Great customer service
AFter placing order, had call from a2b advising that the item requested was being returned to manufacturer. This gave me time to alter my order immediately over the phone and it was delivered the next day. It was an Ink cartridge for franking machine. P.B. DM50 However, after less than 100 franks it failed, although we went through the ink head cleaning instructions we can not get a clear print. without a clear print post office rejects the mail.
So it turned out to be very bad value for money.

Only problem I had was that on the second occasion, product got delivered to another address (despite it being a signed-for service) but fortunately the receiver sent it on to me.

Good product, very good price
Paper guillotine arrived in double-quick time. I was out but the courier had the good sense to leave the package with my neighbour. Might I suggest that you place extra bubble wrap over the blade because I cut myself on it when trying to manouvre the guillotine out of the box! My fault entirely.

No sooner had I ordered the office laminating machine and rolls of laminating paper when I got a phone call from the gentleman processing the order to tell me I had ordered the wrong rolls of laminating paper for the machine.

Equivalent Pitney Bowes ink cartridge
I am still trying to get onto the P B web site, to get some cartridges for my Franking Machine!! Then at £42 each! Forget it. A2B supplied at 2 for £18!! They work too!! And the web site was easy to get into; some are so complex, one forgets it and goes elsewhere. To A2B, perhaps!!!

Amazing service and very quick delivery
Before placing an order with A2B I contacted a member of their sales / support team to get advise of the item I was purchasing.
To my surprise I was advised to buy one of the cheapest items in the range and was told that the quality was comparable to those items of higher price.

Good delivery poor packaging
The item arrived very quickly but I was disappointed that there was no packaging. The box was ripped and soaking wet as it was a rainy day. Also the receipt had been cellotaped down so was illegible when we got the tape off. Haven't had a chance to use the trimmer yet but it looks ok.

Very impressed.
I was thoroughly impressed with the service and more specifically the speed of which i recieved my order. I placed the order at 2.50pm on the thursday and it was delivered on 10.40am the next day.
