Really pleased with our vinyl flooring.
We swapped out our tiled floor for vinyl as it's much warmer and easier to clean. I searched B&Q, Carpet Right and even EBay to find the one we wanted. Abbey Catpets are a god-send, not only did they have a great range, they delivered free and a great surprise a local company! Thank you. We are really pleased with our new bathroom floor.

Ideal for the job.
We do not have a shower curtain as its a bit difficult to put one in on a slopping roof. We had a guest who was not too careful when she took a shower and she was soaking the carpet and all the bath mats , This proved to be effective protection

After such high recommendations - VERY DISAPPOINTED
My order was for Karndean tiles and some tools. Very impressed that we were told they would be delivered in 48 hours - this would have been the Friday. Arranged for our fitter to attend on the following Tuesday to fit as we were told that the tiles need to acclimatise for a minimum of 24 hours. Parcels duly arrived on the Friday delivered by TNT and were left with a neighbour. I couldn't get them till that evening but when I did the parcels were clearly marked 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 there was no 1 of 3. TNT then promised the missing parcel was to be delivered on Saturday no problem except it didn't arrive and they had blatantly told me a lie as I was told on Saturday evening that the parcel was locked in a van ready for delivery on Monday I was working all day Monday so didn't get the parcel till the evening. What is all this to do with Abbey I hear you say. Well here is my point 1) you choose your delivery supplier who have let me down badly as I had to re-arrange my fitter costing me an extra days wages. 2) TNT would not entertain a complaint from me saying I needed to talk to my supplier. 3) Your representative told me that my complaint is with TNT not Abbey Carpets but after my insistence did speak to TNT BUT came back with the answer TNT do not compensate except for lost or damaged parcels. This has left me with a bill of £150 through no fault of my own that no one is prepared to accept responsibility for. I will not use Abbey Carpets again or come to that any supplier that uses TNT.

Efficient service, speedy delivery and a lovely carpet at the end of it.
Ordering the carpet online was very straightforward and though I had concerns that there might be some difference in colour between what you see in the picture and what you actually get, I wasn't disappointed. I fully expected to have to wait at least 5 days for delivery and so was delighted when it arrived only 2 days later.

Does what it says on the tin!
We had the 3 samples we requested in a few days and our order was then delivered quickly in excellent condition. It was fitted yesterday and we are over the moon with the result. We could not be more pleased with our choice of either carpet or supplier. Thank you all so much.

I placed an order with Abbey carpets for a small piece of carpet to replace a damaged piece. Abbey carpets phoned to double check that I hadn't made a mistake as it was such a small piece, before sending the carpet out. Delivery was very quick - would happily recommend using them.

i sent a request to to abbey carpets for some samples i recieved them in the post within a couple of days, i went on to order from the samples and the carpet arrived within two days !!! we had it fitted and we are very pleased with it no more trailing round shops for us!!!!

value for money
We brought this carpet for our cloakroom toilet. Goes well with colour scene but not as bright as on website. Would advise you to ask for sample first. Thin but very good for the money. Packaging was tatty and very dirty as other customers have said before. x

Quick delivery
Rug delivered within 48 hours. Looked as it did in picture and excellent quality. However, wrapped in tatty polythene. Luckily neighbours were there to take in the rug, as we were out. Had it been left outside in the bad weather the rug would have sustained damage. Had read previous reviews which also remarked on poor packaging, but really wanted the rug, so took the risk. Would probably use Abbey Carpets again as they have carpets and rugs I haven't seen anywhere else, but I would be prepared for packaging problems.
