I thought I was buying an Agrifab lawn scarifer / rake, but received a meccano kit.
This product, agrifab lawn rake / scarifier must have had the design brief to fit into the smallest possible cardboard box for cheap delivery.
The resultant product is a hash of brackets nuts and bolts, for the purpose of fitting into a small box.

The item you have purchased is a Heavy duty Brushcutter attachment that fits most petrol brushcutters. Out web site says "They feature an easy loading mechanism and fit the majority of counter-clockwise turning brushcutters available on the market, you may need additional left hand nut or bolt and washer if removing a trimmer head and you don't have the blade fitting kit." Do you have a brushcutter and not a petrol trimmer? Please feel free to email a picture through and we can look to see if your old machine needs the fitting left hand nut or bolt?

Very poor service i would not use again
I paid for first class postage and afer 5 days chased my order via email with no response. I also left a message on their answer phone, again no response. I finally got to speak to someone who did say that the order had been delayed and would be with me in the morning, but no apology.
Product has still not arrived. Their web site looks very professional but dont be fooled!!

I'm very SORRY, this is not normal service.
We have had a problem with our postage courier who has had a problem with there bar code reader that reads our bar codes on our post labels. We have had a large amount of orders that have been held due to this bar code problem.
We do say to allow up to seven days on our web site for delivery's, but most items are delivered within 48hrs. We could have had this item delivered from our Tavistock store by our local delivery driver to Newquay had we known about this problem. I am again very sorry for this delay.
I will make sure that another Chainsaw chain is dispatched in the morning Free of charge as a good will gesture.

Excellent Value and Service
I shopped around on the Internet for a Lawnflite 76E Ride on Mower and discovered that Abbey Garden Sales had by far the best deal. During the order I requested delivery the following Monday. The day after making the order on the internet I was rung by the company, unfortunately the Monday delivery wasn't available but we easily settled on a later delivery, and it arrived as agreed. The whole process was smooth, the staff at Abbey Garden Sales were polite, and well informed, the delivery company were brilliant, and the whole buying experience was a pleasure.

make mistakes, but hopefull are putting it right
Ordered a new mower drive belt, giving the correct part number, a major job to replace the belt on the tractor mower, had it all stripped down went to fit the new belt supplied only to find it was the wrong belt supplied dispite me giving the right part number.
Telephone and explained the problem, the guy agreed it was the wrong belt sent out, promised to check it out and ring me back and he did, problem was he told me they were out of stock of the right belt and I now have to wait for the right belt to come into stock before he can send it to me.

I purchased the top of the line harness (Efco Emak Pro Full Body Pro Harness ) for my Efco brushcutter from Abbey gardens via their internet sales form. To begin with, I made a couple of mistakes on the online payment form. I called Abbey Gardens to confirm my form with errors had not processed to avoid my making a double order. The man who answered the phone was very helpful & confirmed that my order had not processed. So I went back & correctly filled in the online form. The harness was delivered within 24hrs & is exactly what I ordered. Abbey Gardens had the harness at discount price. Thanks abbey Gardens. The harness works great with my Efco Stark 2500T (handlebar version)

Use this business for mower parts!
Can only say, not only the best deal for the Flymo blades I wanted, genuine parts too not even lookalike ones, but sameday despatch and good packaging. What's more no character limit on describing my safeplace should the delivery not go thru' letterbox.

New building new customer service
I've been a customer of Abbey garden for over 30 years, the staff knew their regular customers and looked after them. Sadly this is not the case, small repairs are now "uneconomic" and to my great regret I was persuaded to buy a new strimmer of the unknown Einhell brand. Within minutes of use the line disappeared inside the machine, I returned to Abbey where a helpful assistant redid the spool- a tedious and fiddly task. I returned home only for the same thing to happen again within minutes of use. I have emailed both Abbey and the manufacturers- with no response or interest whatsoever.
I have to say I find the "sheds" such as B&Q more customer aware and will not be returning to Abbey.

I am very sorry to here that your not happy with the product you purchased. I do remember the sale, and remember your old trimmer that you had before. This machine was not recommend to you but just offered as a replacement for your old machine. You had the options of better trimmers at a higher price, but you chose this machine. Please feel free to bring the trimmer back to our store and we will get Mr John Senior to show you how to re-wind the cord with a stronger line.

Good service
Very good service with minimal fuss. Ordered a whole load of gear, and recieved it on the 2nd day, really good considering the delivery was free for that particular order. I haven't dealt with any aftercare as of yet (hopefully won't have to) so i can't comment on that. Also, gave them a ring for some advice and the dude on the phone was helpful and polite.

After a quick google search I found the chainsaw chain I had been looking for. Buying it was painless with no hugh forms to fill in about becoming a member. My product arrived very quickly and in tact even though the packaging was in very poor condition,but at the end of the day it was a chainsaw chain so unlikely to come to any harm.
