I got a shirt for Christmas. Not my size, so i had to return it. The Price for this shirt was 78 euro or about 600 Danish kroner. Instead of the shirt i wanted the fierce cologne, Price was 67 euro or 500 Danish kroner. This should mean i would have 100 Danish kroner back but you even made me pay 50 danish kroner more. In total 150 Danish kroner you Owe me. I contacted customer service but i just got the answer that because it originally was bought in Hamburg and i returned in Copenhagen they cant do anything.
I brought a lot of cloths from their store when i was travelling in US, the next day I found they have much better price offered online, so i ordered online and returned everything to their store. After that, my order just disappeared and I couldnt able to find anything in my account, so I called and emailed them. They told me they suspected I am a reseller so they cancelled my order. I was very mad because 1/they have no evidence at all for claimed me "reseller", that was my first order ever placed with them online, 2/fine, they have the right not to sell me...but if they cancelled my order, they ahve to provide a customer services and inform me instead of letting me keep calling and tracking my unexisting order. Well, after they did all these to me, I found they charged me from my credit card!!! Wow, this is exactly like a thief, you dont want to sell me products but you took my money!!!! What kind of company is that? I believe this is too much!!! The worst shopping experience i had ever have, I will report this to BBB and all the online reviewers, so everyone can awear of this.
My experiences with this firm is good and bad. I get my order quick and in fine plastic or whatever. My bad experiences is to return - i had a heavy sweater who was about 2kg and it costed me about 20kr/2,5€ more money since the return lap is a 7€ stamp. It's fine for a shirt or t-shirt - but if you're not sure about a size in a sweater you should go to the store.
In my opinion if somebody is looking for quality in clothing then better go some place else. The quality of clothing at this place, in my view, is beyond poor. But if you just like designer clothes doesn't matter if they are made out of paper or cardboard then this might be the place.
Ho già acquistato diversi prodotti A&F, perché sono un notevole appassionato del marchio. Pochi, ma importanti nei: 1) le spese di spedizione alte, anche se in alcuni periodi dell'anno vengono tolte (per spese sopra i 100 euro) 2) le taglie hanno una vestibilità modesta. premetto che sono quasi 2 metri e per oltre 110 kg, ma la taglia XXL risulta quasi sempre estremamente "attillata", al limite della portabilità. avendo visto le foto dei prodotti anche su modelli molto più esili di me, ho verificato che è una scelta aziendale, in quanto vestono attillato e corto anche su di loro. 3) La mancanza di taglie più comode, anche e soprattutto per la parte bassa del corpo (pantaloni tuta, jeans, bermuda, costumi mare, ecc...)
Love the clothes - don't have anything bad to say about them. Great quality, durable and excellent slim fit. The only negatives are: (1) the prices are significantly higher than the US stores - more than double if you compare to the US sales season; (2) the UK delivery charges are high; (3) they charge delivery on all their brands separately i.e. Hollister, A&F, A&F Kids ... even though I suspect they all come from the same UK distribution warehouse. They could at least offer delivery discounts for regular customers or multiple deliveries in a specified period.
Absolutely appalling service. Purchased a pair of shorts, within days the stitching had gone. Their returns policy is totally unfair as I am expected to pay upfront for a replacement for their shoddy goods. Now I have purchased the replacement they have failed to dispatch it and after several chases they are now ignoring my emails even though they promised it would be dealt with quickly. I am now 5 weeks down the line still with faulty goods and double the payment down. This company trade on their lifestyle image but are in reality amateur, arrogant and second rate. I will never deal with them again and warn others not to. Avoid!!!
Placed an order for a jacket on October the 20th and the webshop said the item would be shipped within 5 days. A few minutes after placing the order an email is received saying that the order will not be shipped until November 5. (This information must have been available when the order was placed.) Then on November the 2nd - 13 days after placing the order - we receive a new email giving a sold out notification. Two different shipping dates followed by a sold out notification after 13 days. Not good enough!
Jeg købte en julegave til min datter. Den nåede lige at blive leveret d.23. december men jeg blev nødt til at betale for told og moms, "da pakken var blevet udtaget i tolden". Det mener jeg jo ikke kan være mit problem da de på netsiden tydeligt skriven at prisen er inkl. told, moms, levering og havd det nu hedder. Jeg har kæmpet pr mail for at få mine penge igen - uden held. de har sagt jeg kan få halvdelen refunderet, men de penge har jeg heller ikke set. Jeg synes rigtig godt om deres tøj og min datter er glad, men jeg føler mig nødsaget til at anmelde dem hvor jeg nu kan forbrugerstyrelsen, politiet, told og skat, for det er åbenlys snyd.
I've bought several times from Abercrombie. I love their quality and stile. The webside is good, but I could wish some more photos of the specific item I'm interested in. Their shipping costs is SO expensive. I know that they lowered it, but still too expensive. I would buy from them much more often if the shipping wasn't so expensive. So now it can only be a couple of times per year....
I bought abercrombie for my daughter by their webshop. Even though I am on the other side of the atlantic sea, I recieved my package quicly and all the way through the contact with abercrombie I felt save about when, where and that i might had to pay tax... No surprices - nice and save to buy through Abercrombie webshop - I know ill do it again.
