Good, but could do better
They do make a difference in terms of reducing the overall pressure on the hands but I was expecting them to be a bit more comfortable for the price.

Prompt service, email tracking updates and swift delivery
Great service in terms of email updates of despatch etc and swift delivery.
Only grumble was the cost of the boccia set - high cost will deter more disablity groups from purchasing items - but this is not a reflrection o this company however, just a general observation.

easy loo visits
My wife has just received a new toilet support rail from ability superstore. It is a fantastice help to her since she had a fall about six months ago and has been unable to walk since.Getting on and off the loo was a great difficulty and she often had to be helped. Now she is delighted to be able to go without assistance. I fixed it to the wall in about ten minutes (making sure it was fitted safely). Really pleased, too, with the prompt service and delivery. Price was pretty good as well.

To surround a toilet or not?

What I needed, when I needed it.
Nobody likes not being able to reach things and with creeping age and disability things can be more troublesome than they need be. Finding Ability Superstore has solved some of my handling problems and i will certainly consider them for anything else I need as time progresses.

Friendly, helpful service and fast delivery
Thank you so much for helping me choose the items needed for my father-in-law. He is waiting to have a double hip replacement and is currently in a lot of pain, struggling to do daily activities. GREAT SERVICE !!! RUBBISH ITEM!!!!!
I bought a rubberized head rest for the bath last week, and stuck it to the bath as soon as I received it. I was looking forward to using it, but found it to be the most uncomfortable thing I have ever experienced!! It had no padding to it, so all the rubber ridges underneath could be felt. The material on the outside was heavily patterned and felt most uncomfortable against the skin. Unfortunately, because I had opened it and used it, I am not able to return it, so what have I done with it??? PUT IT IN THE BIN!! and wasted about £6.00. I have now bought myself a very thick, heavily padded vibrating bath pillow elsewhere.

I had been looking for a Molly Bather having seen one on-line following being shown a similar product from another company. The company themselves provide the equipment directly but trying to find someone to fit it was providing very difficult as most companies seem to want to double or treble the price, which for older people on a fixed income is unfair. I found the Ability Superstore on-line whilst searching and contacted them by email, I got a quick and charming response from Jane and following her patience with my many emails and questions I decided to go with this company who would supply and arrange the fitting directly. The price was very reasonable and the contact and support wonderful. They checked when the fitting could be done to fit in with us and once we had paid they confirmed and the Molly Bather was fitted by the family manufacturers within a couple of weeks. The equipment and the fitters would also fantastic and highly recommended, but this would probably of not happened without the Ability Superstore. I can't recommend them enough and would definitely go to their site first in future for other equipment. Thank you for your support, fairness and contact.

very efficient service, but product is cheap and nasty
Product (Inflatable cushion with pump) arrived very promptly.
Unfortunately the quality of the pump is so poor I haven't even bothered to inflate the cushion. Am returning the whole package for a refund.
I might order again because the service has been so good, but would choose my product carefully in future

Oustanding service

I ask you "How can you beat the BEST" ?
I purchased a raised toilet seat,which turned out not to be (Raised Enough)for me.
I was a bit unhappy about having to ask for it to be changed,as it was totally my own mistake. After contacting the sellar,I was treated as if I was part of the family.It was no problem to get a change done.This happened really fast,not only that,but the return of the 1st order was arranged to happen on same day as delvery of 2nd order Just a matter of deliver 1 return 1.
The dealings and my expierence was fantastic. Not many places have given me the pleasure of dealing with them that Ability superstore done. To be honest none have come close.Being confined to the house I shop on line all the time,so I have had lots of dealings with lots of companies.
No more browseing the WEB .
I wish them well for now and in the future.Should I need anything else,I will no longer search the net.
