Pleased with the customer service offered and with end product
I was perfectly happy with everything I ordered from you, and had email notification of despatch on 29th November; however the goods did not arrive , although there was an abortive attempt at delivery on Dec 6th, one week after despatch. The parcel was not left at my home - due I can only assume to Parcel Force choosing to ignore the instruction I'd given with the order, which was clearly displayed below the address label: " If out please leave in back porch and shut door". Instead I got a card through the door 'we tried to deliver. you were out............. will try and deliver next working day.' etc.
The goods finally were left in my back porch today ( 9th December) according to the original instructions; the box was badly damaged and no longer completely sealed, although the contents were fine, thankfully
I suggest you might consider changing to a delivery service that allows parcel tracking and follows delivery instructions properly!
My experience with Ability superstore was the product ordered was very slow to be posted out and I did contact them to ask when this product was going to be sent, reply was prompt and item was then sent out the next day and arrived a few days after that.
Probably wouldn't use them again as there are so many other companies offering the same products and I would use someone else to see if delivery would be better with someone else.
Product was fine when arrived. But if you want something quickly I wouldn't order from them.
The wedge we ordered was hard to find until we discovered this website. The result was that we obtained the best item we could find which does the job which is more than could be said about it's predecessor which has been consigned to the bin!
It seems no matter where you shop these days companies are asking you if they have given you good service.. You would think that they would know this already. One can't just buy something without been asked if service can be improved
My mum has brought this piece of furniture for my dad who has Huntington's disease and at the minute he only has a normal chair for their dinning room furniture and needs a more solid and stable but firm chair and this is the one its great thank you
First, part of my order was not available, and I had an informative email apologising for this, which was clearly written by a person not an automated system.
Second, when my order arrived, it wasn't what I thought it was (partly my fault, partly a result of a confusing website display). The problem was resolved speedily, politely and with excellent communications, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will definitely use them again in the future.
This seat was what we wanted .It makes it lots easier to get in and of the car.
Expected on a Thursday but delivered by a person from several roads away on the Friday on his way to work. It had the right address and post code. Delivery driver must have put in the wrong post code. Also the large box was damaged but the chair was OK. Perhaps yodel need to take much more care!!!!!!!!! The item was better than expected in both construction and quality Thank you.
I am very plased with receiving an answer (that I made with my order) to my query on the same day, with receiving delivery the following day, and with the mirror packed so well that it got to continenatal Europe intact in my suitcase. Also, it was nice to see the signature of the person who packed my order (on the order details) - the only human detail in electronic on-line shopping! Thank you, Sam :) Aslo, a big plus is returns information - I will not need it but it provides a sense of security to all buyers. I also like that your invoice carries your logo in colour - I immediately know that this one is from you. All the best and good luck!

The Newel post handle is primarily for just that, but I used it on the side of an outside entrance door and because of the angled shape it fitted perfectly. My dear lady has no problem now negotiating the doorstep. One of our "best buys".
Good product, nice and clear even without reafing glasses! It was delivered quickly. Ny only critisism would be around £60 is a bit expensive.

Ordered two items which were priced very competitively. Delivered very quickly and extremely happy with the products. Would use them again.
I would highly recommend Ability Superstore in their efficiency in dispatching goods and also the quality of the goods. When I had a problem with one item after 12 months (a bolt broke) I rang up to order another part and a member of staff sent me the part without any charge within a couple of days.
I telephone the office on a Saturday, not expecting a reply. To my surprise I got a communication via email acknowledging my enquiry. Hard to get this sort of service nowadays.
My purchase arrived and I am delighted, especially as the same product was much cheaper with yourselves.

Items were delivered on time and very prompt. One box arrived and I assumed only one item enclosed. I contacted the help desk. Very helpful said both items should have been dispatched together in one box, I checked the item was boxed up in the bottom of the large box.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends ,very helpful and efficient in handling requests, unfortunately the problems I am having trying to return an item not suitable for my friends needs,not on the part of Ability Superstore they have been very helpful in trying to get this collected. but with Yodel...
