Quick and efficient
Fast and efficient service, good quality balls relative to grade. Overall happy with balls and service, just a couple of balls in grade A not that good, will use again and have recommended to other people.

Great Product, Fantastic Price, Speedy Delivery!
The prices on this website are better than anywhere else. Pearl Balls are great condition and perfect for playing. Minimum order of 6 balls is great if you want to try something different. Postage costs to Europe also very competitive.

Great service, great price
its the first time of using this site. I must say the service was very prompt. Ordered Sunday, delivered Tuesday. The balls I recived look like they have never been hit! Great products, will use again!

Ordered it, got it, love it.
Ordered the balls on Thursday afternoon and they arrived on Monday afternoon. Not the 1st time we've ordered and it wont be the last either (especially at the rate my husband loses them) ha ha!!

Not good enough!!
Balls sent to wrong address not as printed on your shipping order, just how you managed this points to a slip shod mailing system. The packing slip had the correct address.
Two of the balls had obviously been hit several times as they were scratched.
Sorry but on the whole not good enough.

Speedy, accurate delivery
Would definately order from you again. They were grade "B" balls but some would pass as grade "A". ideal for what I want from them. Delivery was "spot-on" but I pity the poor delivery driver who had to find them in his van when the package burst open. Good service, I would recommend them to anyone.

Good quality balls at good price
Ordered Bridgestone RX330 pearls at price less than half price of new balls including delivery. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is delivery on 3rd full day - but maybe Royal Mail hold up - causing me to query, as invitation to rate service arrived before consignment.

Absolute Balls - just like the name
I ordered & paid for 12 Bridgestone B330RXS golf balls on 23/8/11 & received 6 balls on 27/8/11 which included a despatch note for 12 balls.
I sent an e mail to AB ON 27/8 & by 10.45 on 30/8 had received no reply so I rang the contact number on the website.
The girl I spoke to was helpful & apologetic & promised to arrange for the balance of the order to be shipped urgently + 2 additional balls for my inconvenience.
Whilst this is a satisfactory solution to the problem the balls I have received do not appear to be "Pearl" grade so my overall experience is one of disappointment!

Top quality balls at the best price
I bought 18 balls. 4 had identification spots from a marker pen, but otherwise could have been brand new. One had a tiny scuff. The other 13 could have been brand new. That's 17 "perfect" balls out of 18. I couldn't find the balls I bought (penta) cheaper anywhere else either! A 100% satisfied customer.

great balls
Decided to try absolute balls having tried other like companies.Quality of the balls received were excellent and great value for the price.Needed to ring them to find out about delivery but within ten minutes I got a call back to say that the delay was due to their supplier and that the balls had been packaged and were ready to deliver and would arrive next day.Sure enough they arrived the next day.I'll certainly use them again and have already recommended them to a couple of mates.

Great value balls and very quick delivery
I received balls the next working day after order.
All the balls were in very good condition, none with usual scuffs you get from other suppliers. It was noticeable that four of the balls were not pure white but a slighly grey/brown colour, I guess this is their cleaning process, as I haven't played with the balls yet cannot tell if this affects it in any way.
Some of the balls had players marks which I expected.
Maybe I was lucky but I received 1 extra ball.
On looks alone I would be happy to play these balls in a medal round.
Overall I am very happy with the quality of these balls, having used many other providers in the past these are the best I have received and also the best value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Will certainly be using them for all my future ball purchases.

Cut Balls
i have purchased a few times from the company my previous purchase had inferior balls i informed the company and was told these would be replaced with my next purchase. this has not been done even after a reminder. I dont think i will be buying again.

Poor packaging and not many pearls
Ordering online was quite easy. However, the courier system used was not great, the driver did not leave a card to say an attempt at delivery was made. When the balls arrived they was in a carrier bag. The advert clearly showed packaging, this was dissapointing as I was going to give some as a gift but cannot do that now. The balls I ordered were a mix of pearls and A grade, however on inspection the majority had obvious signs of wear. I have not used the balls yet to comment on the quality, I am sure they will play well but I hope improvements can be made to the overall customer experience.

Decent quality at decent price
Overall pleased with my purchase in that the balls were a good quality for pearl/A1 and delivered quickly. BUT the payment screens give no option for a different delivery address, so I emailed after the order, providing a delivery address. Had no response to the email and balls were delivered to my home address, just fortunate I was at home at the time.

Fast delivery, mixed balls
Ordered Bridgestone e6 balls pearl/A. Fast delivery mixed lot of balls 2 different years of e6's and the majority e6+'s.
Would help if this was made clear on the website.

When a delivery date doesnt mean a thing.
Strange writing a review when I havent got the balls yet. I got the e-mail confirmation which stated " YOUR BALLS WILL BE DELIVERED 22nd August". This was followed by " please ensure that there is somebody at home to sign for them". So I wait at home but nothing turns up. I ring Absolute Balls to enquire where they are and was told that I got a standard e-mail and that the balls should turn up tomorrow (23rd). Apparently its an IT thing. Why send an advice e-mail with the wrong advice ? A totally wasted day. Wonder if they do the same with the golf balls. My confirmation e-mail says Taylormade Pentas. I shall wait to see what turns up !
