I bought 18 balls. 4 had identification spots from a marker pen, but otherwise could have been brand new. One had a tiny scuff. The other 13 could have been brand new. That's 17 "perfect" balls out of 18. I couldn't find the balls I bought (penta) cheaper anywhere else either! A 100% satisfied customer.
Decided to try absolute balls having tried other like companies.Quality of the balls received were excellent and great value for the price.Needed to ring them to find out about delivery but within ten minutes I got a call back to say that the delay was due to their supplier and that the balls had been packaged and were ready to deliver and would arrive next day.Sure enough they arrived the next day.I'll certainly use them again and have already recommended them to a couple of mates.
I received balls the next working day after order. All the balls were in very good condition, none with usual scuffs you get from other suppliers. It was noticeable that four of the balls were not pure white but a slighly grey/brown colour, I guess this is their cleaning process, as I haven't played with the balls yet cannot tell if this affects it in any way. Some of the balls had players marks which I expected. Maybe I was lucky but I received 1 extra ball. On looks alone I would be happy to play these balls in a medal round. Overall I am very happy with the quality of these balls, having used many other providers in the past these are the best I have received and also the best value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Will certainly be using them for all my future ball purchases.
Balls ordered arrived 6 working days later,all pearl quality as ordered,good mix exactly what was expected,fully satisfied with order and transaction,will buy again. Delivery day and time notified by email achieved.
i have purchased a few times from the company my previous purchase had inferior balls i informed the company and was told these would be replaced with my next purchase. this has not been done even after a reminder. I dont think i will be buying again.
Ordering online was quite easy. However, the courier system used was not great, the driver did not leave a card to say an attempt at delivery was made. When the balls arrived they was in a carrier bag. The advert clearly showed packaging, this was dissapointing as I was going to give some as a gift but cannot do that now. The balls I ordered were a mix of pearls and A grade, however on inspection the majority had obvious signs of wear. I have not used the balls yet to comment on the quality, I am sure they will play well but I hope improvements can be made to the overall customer experience.
Overall pleased with my purchase in that the balls were a good quality for pearl/A1 and delivered quickly. BUT the payment screens give no option for a different delivery address, so I emailed after the order, providing a delivery address. Had no response to the email and balls were delivered to my home address, just fortunate I was at home at the time.
Strange writing a review when I havent got the balls yet. I got the e-mail confirmation which stated " YOUR BALLS WILL BE DELIVERED 22nd August". This was followed by " please ensure that there is somebody at home to sign for them". So I wait at home but nothing turns up. I ring Absolute Balls to enquire where they are and was told that I got a standard e-mail and that the balls should turn up tomorrow (23rd). Apparently its an IT thing. Why send an advice e-mail with the wrong advice ? A totally wasted day. Wonder if they do the same with the golf balls. My confirmation e-mail says Taylormade Pentas. I shall wait to see what turns up !
