After an accident at work I contacted AAH, who fully helped me with my claim, relieving extra stress from my situation. Staff were extremely professional throughout, and I'd thoroughly recommend to anyone who has had/will have a similar situation in the past or in the future.

I say ''hats off'' to Accident Advice Helpline because the service they provide is nothing short of perfection. They are reliable, fast and informative at every single stage. I know most reviews are based on how much an individual got paidout, but I for one - I needed more than just a payout because if I wanted just a payout, I would have gone to those so-called briefcase solicitors on the high-street for a quick settlement.
In my case, I needed someone to sympathise and feel every gasping nightmare I was going through. I wanted a firm that is not just '' a Personal Injury Chain Belt'' with a one-size-fits-all attitude, I needed a firm that cares, listens, capable of fighting for my future and well-being at every turn during the claiming process. I am not going to sit here, write and tell you that It was all easy because that would be a lie. It wasn't - I was contacted more than usual and I had to read through alot of paperwork because of the severity and complexity of my injuries.
Nonetheless at the end of it all, I realised why I was always contacted - Accident advice Helpline cared, the firm wanted me to understand every step, the firm wanted me to provide as much information as possible so that they could maximise the level of compensation I was to receive - And guess what? - I received more than I anticipated and I believe I will be catered for throughout my 4 years without employment.
My story is rather too complicated and traumatic to write on here but I wanted to say thank you to Accident Advice Helpline and I hope that - whoever you are - you use AAH during those difficult time. I hope that the world turns, and that things get better even if its life threatening or just a minor injury. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that even though I do not know you, and even though I may not meet you, my review is based on the service I received and the help I so much appreciated hence the recommendation.

I was a back seat passenger in a taxi, en route home from a night out, I was sleeping in the back of the cab when I woke up in a cloud of smoke. Turned out the taxi was driving too fast for the weather conditions and bounced off 2 cars on either side of the road. , I took the registration of the cab I was in just in case he wasn’t insured, and ended up getting another cab home, suffice to way this time I was wide awake.
Put my case though Accident Advice Helpline and gave them the only piece of information I had, the registration of the cab, they did all the work for me, tracked down the cab driver, cab company and all the insurance details. They were very informative from the start and helped me through the whole process, which was a lot easier then I anticipated. Three months later I got a cheque in the post for £3000, could not have asked for a better company to deal with my case, highly recommended, and would defiantly use them again if I ever get into an accident, hopefully I don’t but you never know.
I had always thought claiming was something un British and frowned on our claim culture.But when i was hit by a car when i was crossing the road i was forced to turn to The Accident Advice Helpline for helpMy knee was badly injured and i needed lengthy treatment, it impacted on my work and my social life in a very negative way.After replying to an email i received a call 5 minutes later. Within half an hour they had taken my case on.Within in 2 weeks i had signed with a solicitor. The whole process was quick and painless. I received a cheque last week for a substantial sum of money. It doesn’t make up for all the pain i have gone through but it does ease the suffering and help with the financial burden my injury has left me with.
Wasn’t sure which company to contact about my claim but saw an ad in the paper for Accident Advice Helpline and gave them a call. Put off sorting out my claim for a while as i couldn't face the hassle, and eventually called Accident Advice Helpline (following the advice of Esther Rantzen) but as it happens it was pretty much nothing to do.
I answered a few questions at the beginning by phone, signed pre-filled paperwork with the help of an AAH staff member who called to explain to process and that was pretty much it until i got an offer.
Don't be put off if you can't be bothered as accident advice literally do it all for you.
