Order still not received, emailed TWICE and still no reply!
Ordered an item on the 20th September, was sent an email saying my expected delivery date would be between the 13th-20th October.
It is now the 1st of November and still no item. I have emailed them twice via their enquiry system as there is no other what you can make contact with the company and i still haven't heard a thing! So i have no idea as what is happening with my order and of course they have taken the money up front.
Something really needs to be done about them in regards to raising awareness that this is a regular occurrence if you use this company! Too many people aren't aware before they use them and are getting caught out!
