I had ordered one very large chandelier and three crystal lights. I needed to return the chandelier and wrote a question via email. I had an acceptance note to say that the email had been received, but no response. I chased again, and no response. I think it is a great shame as the offers do appear to be of a good quality and interesting, however, given the fact that there is no method of actually speaking to anyone, I will not be placing another order as I have a complete lack of trust.
