I placed an order with Achica and then placed a second one in error...I needed to ring them up and explain! Then started my quest for customer service phone number. (Can somebody please tell me why they don't have a contact number??) During my search I stumbled across lots of scary reviews on Trustpilot about Achica taking money and never delivering the goods :| As I had no luck with finding a phone number I completed their web form with a VERY urgent request for cancellation of order and refund of the incorrect payment. A day later the money was back in my account :) Happy days. I have yet to receive the goods - expected next week. Will see how we get on with that one. So...so far I can recommend the company.
