TOOK MY MONEY, NO GOODS, NO REFUND

Wish I had read reviews before ordering from ACHICA. Ordered 2 pictures on 8 Dec 2013, money came out of account instantly - est delivery date 15 - 21 Dec. One arrived, one didn't, no communication and tracking info states 'ordered directly from supplier, no info available'. Patiently waited the 20 days their 'customer service' stipulates before you can contact them about it. Got standard apology, no explanation and told they would arrange refund and contact me when this was done but nothing. Emailed again a week later, same standard response, promised refund within 5 - 7 working days - nothing after 8 working days. Emailed them again and insisted on immediate refund and an explanation over and above the meaningless drivel of their other emails and have as yet heard nothing. I am so angry and am now looking at next steps I can take. I will never order from them again. The TV ads set themselves up as an upmarket lifestyle company - what rubbish.
