I am new to Achica but have already bought good quality products and the service has been efficient. Very tempting to buy more than I should!!! I am pleased with all items I have received, some lovely as presents and rather unusual items available. I would recommend.

Completely satisfied customer...eventually

I recently bought a designer piece of beautiful furniture from Achica for the first time. Whilst I am delighted with my purchase and actually wish I had bought two or even more pieces of this range I must say for a first time experience I felt a little let down that I received no confirmation email of my purchase. I also waited a good three weeks for delivery but noticed that payment had been taken at the time of purchase. The waiting time was not a problem but it would have been nice to have been kept updated and received a short explanation that this is the normal procedure when buying from your site. I had to find this information out for myself on the website whilst looking for a customer services number to call - which incidentally does not seem to exist? All in all lovely product and well displayed but please a little more customer contact! If you want customers to trust you, you need to keep them better informed throughout.

Fair to good

I'd recommend ACHICA because the discount and range are excellent. My only gripe is the communication when items are delayed. Sometimes the items take too long to arrive and the refund /customer service is not very user friendly.

I recieved a quality product, and was constanly informed where my items were and would be delivered.

Really happy with my goods. They are better than expected. Care given to packaging. These were fragile items a bone china tea set and were given sufficient packaging. My only upset is, I wish I had bought more! I'll know for next time.

Delivered sooner than expected

Very easy, very simple, I just wish the website was a little less temperamental!!

NOT GOOD

I love to receive new email every day to see what is on offer, but I have placed my first order, delivered no problem but the wrong colour, it came in pink and my order was for blue, contacted you and arranged for collection but when email came through my house number was wrong, it was down as number 8a, my house number IS 8d, I emailed so you could contact the delivery company but he still went to 8a, so I am left here with a parcel, DPD have now cancelled my collection, I have emailed you so many times but am not getting anywhere, every telephone number is automated, SO I AM LEFT WITH A PARCEL FOR COLLECTION AND A REFUND.

Two purchases since joining ,both excellent

Although the descriptions on the website are not very detailed they are very accurate. The prices are very competitive for high quality stuff.

Excellent range of products at good prices.

This site is great but be warned it can become addictive !!! IIt's great to be able to shop in comfort for products not easily accesible on the high street and at very good prices. The range is great and some items are quirky. I feel that I am buying luxury otems but not paying luxury prices. The only down side is having to wait a while for the goods to arrive but I suppose that all good things are worth waiting for !

Great products terrible packaging

The heading says it all. Room for improvement.

Lovely ranges at great prices.. Shame about the high postage costs though.

I love my daily emails from achica and often tell friends about the lovely things on there, have ordered a few bits and nothing has disappointed but I would have ordered even more had it not been for the high postage costs.. Sometimes more than the saving on the product. For this reason I don't even bother with the food hall... Even though I know there is lots I love!,

great product and delivery service

All the products I order from Achica are of a high quality but what really impressed me is the delivery service and communication. It was really easy to arrange a delivery date or change it if needed and leave a message for the courier.

Excellent choice of high quality products across a range of areas

Since coming across ACHICA on the internet I had purchased several products that I have been very pleased with, they have regular sales of high quality products from a broad range of designers/companies. i enjoy looking at thier latest e-mail!

Fabby pillows!

Purchased two duck down feather pillows for myself and two for my friend. They are very comfy and what great value. I would definitely recommend Achica to others.

MY ONLY RESERVATION WOULD BE YOU CAN WAIT UP TO 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY SO CANNOT BE RELIED UPON AS A GIFT OR PRESENT FOR SOMEONE UNLESS YOUR PLANNING WELL AHEAD, WHICH I DO AND THEY ARE UP FRONT IN TELLING YOU YOUR DELIVERY DATE ONCE THE ORDER IS IN.

First-class communications about the delivery process.

We liked what we bought, of course, but the most important thing was how well they kept me informed about when the goods would be delivered. I buy quite a few things online and this was by far the best service I have received. Email, texts, options to change the delivery day if it wasn't convenient. If technology lets us give this level of service, why isn't everyone doing it??

Great offers, delivery takes a little too long

I like Achica's offers and the stuff I buy from the site is generally completely worth it, but I dont like the fact that it takes so long to deliver the products. I know that its on the website that it may take a while but still. Apart from that though, love it!

Great selection every day of high quality items to buy... love it.

I browse Achica daily on their easy to use website. We have purchased items from kitchen bits, cushions to living room furniture, and none of it has been a dissapointment.
Good delivery and they always give you notice on when your item is due (by the hour).

Good products shame about the delivery time

I have ordered several thing from Achica and always been pleased with the products (apart from one item that didn't turn up) however be prepared items generally take 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

Slow, slow, quick quick, slow...or not at all!

In the main, not bad.
Some good, value for money, products but you have to be prepared to wait.
Sunglasses questionable.
Bought some items which never got delivered. They refunded me.
Will keep using them but with caution.

Addictive!

Our new home is now adorned with achica goodies, my kitchen - a gadget heaven and friends and family are loving the quirky gifts that I find on achica. It's like having my own personal shop window delivered to my iPad every morning. I'm addicted and I LOVE IT!!!!!!

great products but experienced some difficulty in obtaining some ordered items

I love the things sold but customer service hard to deal with a system that requires you to e mail and keep track of reference numbers. Better to have a direct customer line.

Fantastic range of products and decent prices

Achica has a huge range of things on offer and the prices are very competitive. There are always lots of things that you skip over because they're not of interest but similarly there will be lots of things that are what you're looking for. Delivery is always secure and although you have to wait you know this so it's ok.

Anonamously. Yours!

Have bought quiet a few things from this company, but not until something was delivered broken did I discover there's no phone to get in touch with a human voice And speak to anyone about the item. Emailed them once ,but no answer so I left it a few days and emailed them again. This time someone answered and let me know what to do . When I have bought on line the items they were sent out quiet fast , it's just the customer service they need to get right to go with the quality items they sell, when things goe wrong there's no one to speak to which may put many people off.

Les chaises que j'ai commandees viennent d'etre livrees. Excellente qualite et a un prix raisonnable. Nous avions repere ce genre de chaises dans un gastropub dans les Cotswolds en Octobre mais apres quelques recherches sur internet, nous avions abandonne a cause du prix trop eleve pour notre budget. Quelques mois plus tard, je les vois en vente sur Achica, nous sommes ravis de notre achat

Easy to order and delivered when agreed

Easy to order online and given the date the order would arrive. Given the option to change this if not suitable - they even emailed and text with with a 1 hour slot on the morning it was being delivered and this was spot on!

Brilliant choices

I ordered a rug for my new longe. It perfectly matches the new curtains and makes the room stylish, inviting and trendy. I' m so pleased I'm a member of Achica. Excellent quality products at an affordable price.

Excellent as always

Every shopping experience with Achica that I have experienced has been excellent. Orders always arrive earlier than the date expected and exactly at the time notified, which is great as you never have to stay on especially to take delivery. Alll items I have purchased have been great quality.

I love ACHICA !!

I recently purchased 3 rusty hens for my garden -- they are fab !!! They are so realistic that Ive now had two friends and my son ask me why Ive decided to keep hens !!!!! Your products are wonderful , unusual and excellent value for money. I look forward to making further purchases for myself, family and friends. Thankyou Achica .

Superb!

Very easy to order, pay and the item was received in perfect condition and within very good time.

Lovely selection , unnervingly remote , occasionally frustrating.

I am a frequent user, I appreciate the variety and the fact that being an early riser gives me first choice. However the inconsistent length of time I often have to wait for items is very difficult to manage. Items that do not turn up on time I have had to report to you rather than you contact me.
Your refund system means I cannot check if I have been refunded for postage., eg if I have paid for 2 items and one is unavailable do you refund the extra postage paid?
I like the way the order history is portrayed and the website is excellent.
I have often been told the item I have paid for is now unavailable once I have brought it to your attention and then I see it re-advertised 2 wks or so later!! (Unacceptable and I know more to do with the supplier than you).
I recently returned an item that had stopped working and was really impressed with the fast and helpful response. so thank you for that.
I initially found it hard to trust this site but now I know how you operate I feel easier about it, I just think you should be more vigilant about items late that are obviously noe going to turn up at all. Thanks
