I have been shopping with Achica since 2010 and must admit I have always had a good experience. I always recieve a quick response to any emails I have sent or if I was unhappy with a product Achica has not quibbled and refunded me. My most expensive and recent purchase was an american oak sideboard which was £500 and retailing at over £1000 on 3 other sites. The sideboard arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and I was delighted with the quality. I was nervous purchasing an expensive and large item but must admit I use Achica again for furniture.
Thinking about it now I just realised I have bought a varied range of things from Achica, saucepans, towels, duvets and bedding, toys, curtains, ornaments, rugs, candles, wallpaper (which I just hung and looks fab), sunglasses and jewellery. I think the fact that I keep returning to Achica speaks volumes. Their customer service is very good beside other companies I have used recently and I would definitely recommend Achica to friends. Great products at great prices.
I received an email informing me my purchase was due for delivery. I contacted the dispatch team, who were very good in communicating when the expected delivery would be. The due date for delivery was on a working day so I arranged for the dispatch team to leave the goods with a neighbour. I was a little nervous as to whether this message would get relayed to the driver, however the goods arrived with my neighbour without any problems and I was able to track the time of delivery through the tracking system. All in all I was impressed with the service received.
Browsing the achica site is a pleasure. Excellent range of products from the practical to the highly stylised not forgetting the quirky and unusual. Easy to order . Order tracking is sometimes a little off. Only ever had one problem & that was problem with delivery company. Able to have goods delivered to work or home which is very handy when I order so much via this site .
I would just like to say if I see something that I like and don't get it that day or the next day .I would like to be able to get it by either contacting you or other way's because sometimes you take things off and don't bring them back for several weeks.nearly forgot if you had a telephone that I could speak to you on would be so much better .but overall a good site
I HAD RECEIVED A DAMAGE BRONZE IN JULY AND OBVIOUSLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ACHICA TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE. THEY WERE FANTASTIC, THEY PERSISTED WITH THE SUPPLIER AND YESTERDAY MY NEW BRONZE ARRIVED IN TIME FOR MY PARTNERS 60TH BIRTHDAY. I BUY FROM THEM ON A WEEKLY BASIS AS THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS IS AMAZING, LONG MAY THEY CONTINUE.
Take no notice of any negative reviews you might hear - this company ALWAYS puts right any problem that you may have.
Their products are excellent value and there's a huge variety to choose from.

I have shopped with Achica quite a few times and on the 2 occasions when I have not been happy with my purchase (damaged goods) I have had an excellent, prompt, courteous and hassle free service. The problem was solved on both occasion to my entire satisfaction.

Overall I am very happy, I would like to commend Su-Ellen, she opitomizes good service, and that needs to be passed on to some of your other staff, all of my friends who buy online dislike being unable to make contact with a member of staff when something goes wrong, because it can be that when requesting a call by email you don't always respond promptly and if you do and the customer is unable to take the call another delay is experienced, this is very frustrating.

items are good. However uncertainty about arrival of items is sometimes off putting. After waiting weeks for items to arrive and to find that they are broken on arrival is most disappointing, apart from the fact that the money for the item has left your account for some time plus the waiting time for the refund back to your account. When purchases go smoothly it is a good feeling knowing that you have purchased something for a fraction of the RRRP.
offers are generally ok, bt quality varies. 10-day returns policy is pathetic, especailly if things arrive when someone is not thee. irritating that sometimes I purchase offers one one dy and the very next day there are other offers and I have topay for postage twice. when items are not of great quality or stop fucntioning, the first response is always to take and send photos. how is it possible to take photos of a potato peeler that doesn't peel properly? occasionnally I use your Spanish site, and regardless of the size of the order I have to pay postage - very irritating. it's ridiculous that when ordering on the web, if someone else is ordering the same item, you are blocked from ordering that item - this is bad website design. the time taken to respond to enquiries is too long. refunds take a long time to process. offers differ in price with the Spanish site, yet the customer service queries seem to come from the UK.
Achica source some really nice things. Sometimes the experience is spoiled as the long awaited delivery day passes with no word then after contacting Achica you are informed you're not getting the item after all. Annoying because you have had to chase it. Apart from that, a good site.
I really like a lot of what Achica sell, but have a serious reservation about doing any more business with them. Their customer service is awful, it's impossible to speak to anyone and they seem to lack any sense of urgency or proactivity. The product I've just bought cost £180 (a decent sized purchase I'd have thought) but when I came to pay, the credit card screen just kept throwing me out (this happened several times). I thought "no problem, I'll give them a call and do it over the phone". Ha, no chance! There is no customer service number on their website (not that I could find anyway) so I contacted them via their email option and explained what had happened and asked for someone to call me back asap. The next day (yes dear reader, they were that concerned about losing nearly £200 worth of business) they emailed me to tell me they "don't ring people and can't take payments over the phone anyway" and that they were aware of the issues with the credit card page. That was it!!!! All I can think is that Achica must be doing so much business they actually don't need customers anymore because I can't see any way in which this would be acceptable to any decent company. Surely it should not be difficult (or impossible) for a customer to buy something from a company that wants to sell something? Genuinely shocking as far as I am concerned, and for this reason I will not do business with them again - they are an absolute shower in my opinion.
If you are looking for unique items but don't want to pay designer money for them, ACHICA is the place to find them. Always amazed at the items on offer and you can get as much as 70% discount . Simply awesome......and must warn, addictive.
I received an email four days ago to tell me that my delivery would be 1-2 days, I have still not received my goods, even though when I have tracked them it says they have been with the delivery depot for the past two days.
I ordered 2 parcels, one arrived one day perfectly fine no problems, the following day my large item arrived. The box was damaged and When I opened my parcel it too was slightly damaged. I contacted the customer service team by email and they were fab. Nothing was a problem for them, they then rang me to check progress. I am so impressed by the fantastic service I will reccomend to all my friends and family!

I enjoy the shopping experience with Achica but the quality isn't always what you would expect and I wouldn't believe the retail prices before the discount. There needs to be a more detailed description of the item and the carriage charges are expensive. Sometimes I am disappointed but not always.
Since moving home earlier this year, I have placed an order with Achica almost every week! The sales are of good value, very varied and most items of good quality - you will always find something that just doesn't look as good in the flesh as it did in the picture, but on the whole I am one happy customer. We have had numerous comments from friends on where we purchased our furniture from, so we have spread the word Achica, new customers are coming your way.
My only minor negative comment would be that a more detailed description of the item than they currently give, would be beneficial.
1) When I was sent the wrong order, the communication channels were good initially.
2) Nonetheless my money (re. 1) was held for weeks, and I also lost the original purchase (the reasons for the latter were explained; found that whole aspect, apart from my money being held in the system, encouraging).
3) The delivery men have been a bit varied: one threw a pair of curtains over the gate and they got damaged and had to be washed before use. Not good!
4) Another rang the gate bell then moved off before we could even reach the front door.
5) Other delivers have been actually great and very nice to meet.
6) Notification of arrival of material is a bit random. I ordered lost some lighting over 3 weeks ago and, although acknowledged, I don't know what the plan for delivery is and I'm away from the property.
Overall I like Achica, but a few things have to be ironed out.
Ordered 8 chairs. Received 5 still waiting. For 3. Why not wait until all 8 have arrived in your warehouse than. Delivery to us in one delivery rather than wasting our time have to stay home twice to receive delivery. Also no prior notice that chairs where on their way.
I love everything I have ordered out of Achica. The stuff is very unique and different and I love it. I do feel sometimes you have to wait for your order but its worth the wait.. If I have any enquiries the team are quick to email.. Overall happy customer..
I have been looking for an unusual bookcase/console table and found one on the Achica site. the price was fantastic and there was no delivery charge which can often be a problem for deliveries to Northern Ireland. The bookcase was delivered when they said it would be delivered and without any fuss.
I will be shopping again on Ahica.
It always pays to compare prices with other sites. With very slow delivery, and free delivery being a rare bonus, Achica is not always the best bet. Very good for bedlinen however.
I have purchased many items from Achica, and have always found them to be an excellent company. They keep me informed about deliveries, and in the rare cases where I had to return an item, they were completely reliable and easy to deal with. They often have a very unusual array of choices, and at wonderful prices, considering the quality. Highly recommended.
I have often ordered from Achica. I have always thought the length of time it took to deliver was long. This time my very high cost items were left n my doorstep in full view of the street. We were away for the weekend. My neighbour eventually took then in after they had been on the doorstep all day. My neighbour had been at home all day and would happily have taken the parcels in. I am shocked by how poor this delivery company is. I would advise you to be cautious if you buy from Achica.
I have now been a member of Achica for a couple of years. I enjoy receiving the daily emails and looking at all the items that are available.
I am currently furnishing a holiday let and have made lots of purchases through Achica of items such as bed linen and pictures all of which have been very good quality and at very good prices.
I also like the fact that I am notified by text of any deliveries giving me an hour time slot which means I am not hanging around all day waiting for a delivery. If I am not in there is an option to make other arrangements.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
