Order went well, I got what I asked for and it arrived with notice from the shipping company.
The package was well wrapped and the display case was of good quality, the only thing I could change was the thickness of the base for my purposes but it was perfectly fine as a display case.

Just bought a case to hold our wedding cake toppers in as they were made just for us and am very personal to us and had been looking for a good case for ages and really did not need to look any further than this as they have all sizes and the end item is amazing.

Fantastic bespoke display case and great customer service!
I was really pleased with my order from Widdowsons and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a special display case. The case was ordered to protect and display our wedding cake sugarcraft and it does the job beautifully. The case is well crafted and arrived extremely well packed, and very quickly despite it being made to a specific order request. Great service and a fantastic product at a sensible price!

Great quality, very fast delivery
I run a professional modelmaking company and have used ADC for some years now, mainly to supply bases/cases for our gift models. We produce a great many of these models and ship them all over the world. I have never had any cause to complain despite having probably ordered in excess of 500 bases/cases. I wish I had found this company sooner.
I found this company almost by accident and was very impressed with their website. I put in the dimensions I required and all details of the finish. The cost was calculated on line and I was updated on progress. I could not believe how quickly the order was processed. When the package was delivered it was on time, very well packed and the product was excellent. I would have no reservations in recommending this company to others.

Make your creation stand out and dazzle
Yeah that might sound over the top but that's what happens. I'm an average model maker, but sticking my work inside one of these cases makes them look not just professional but really classy. I wouldn't have had the nerve to give them as presents before, but these cases give them a wow factor.

Excellent product with first class service
The pictures on-line do not do this product justice it is much better in real life.
The simple construction with its clean lines show off the models with maximum effect
whilst preventing dust with the easy to remove cover.
I was kept fully updated with the delivery by e-mail down to the expected hour of delivery! ( which was correct ).
On arrival the display case was superbly packaged giving the best protection to the
contents.
I cannot fault this product or the service.

1st class customer service
Very satisfied with two display cases purchased from Acrylic Display Cases.
One of the cases arrived with a crack in the side of the case, courtesy of heavy-handed delivery men, despite clearly careful packing.
ADC immediately agreed to send a replacement case FOC which was much appreciated.

Top quality case and good service
This is my second model case from this company and the first made-to-measure. Quality is excellent, although it needed a good wipe over to remove dust particles and other stuff picked up during manufacture and it had quite a bit of static so kept attracting more dust. My model looks great inside the case, the raised black base really sets it off nicely. Unfortunately, the timed one-hour delivery slots were unavailable when my model arrived but this in no way detracts from the quality of the model. If you want the best, this is the place to go.

Looks good but poor fit !
Overall I was satisfied with the case provided. It was made quickly and well packaged for delivery. The case looks good. The only down side was the fact that that acrylic cover was slightly smaller than the recess in the base ( which is only 3 mm deep ) which means that there is not a good fit between the acrylic and the base. I have to be very careful when moving it to make sure that I don't knock off/ over balance the cover and damage the model boat inside ( the masts are a risk if hit by the cover ). This issue is exacerbated by the fact that the case I ordered is rather taller and thiner than the standard offerings and so the cover is easy to dislodge, especially as there is no friction fit between the top and the bottom of the case . I wold have preferred a more substantial base that had a good close fit with the cover.

Outstanding Service for an outstanding product
I have started to display my model soldiers in small action groups and needed display cases.After searching on Google under the obvious heading "Acrylic Display Cases" I came across would you believe "Acrylic Display Case Company".
Ordered 1 case as a tester and was amazed at the workmanship.
Clear as Glass case & good quality wooden base lined to a excellent standard with the exact color felt I needed.
Delivery was 2 days from order and it could be tract with the Couriers Waybill number provided shortly after my order was placed.
Since then I have had 4 more cases and will be ordering more shortly.

Service Excellence
Having received the first case from this company, I am thrilled with the quality that I shall buy further cases from them. The service is excellent, the item was well packed and protected and arrived just over a week from ordering. These cases are light, the clarity superb with excellent tolerances between case and base, and the acrylic joints are vertually invisible. I believe the expence well justified, particularly for the size of case I received. Wonderfull !
