I normally order from Active Beauty and chose the free delivery. However, this time round it was a beauty nightmare and I needed the shampoo and conditioner URGENTLY. So I paid for fast delivery. Calling this fast delivery is a joke. It took over a week from when I ordered. And contacting both Active Beauty and the chosen courier company - HUB Europe I received no answers at all. I was really displeased with the service, and the fact I paid a further £2 for fast delivery, which was not fast.
