Was very impressed when a lady rang to say that the parcel had been delayed due to courier damage, and that she would send a priority replacement. The new parcel has just arrived. However this too was slightly damaged but thankfully the contents of the box are usable and so I will not need to replace. Could I suggest more robust packaging for items such as shampoo bottles? Would still order again, very good value.
