Ordered "Joe Blow" track pump spare part via eBay late evening Sunday and it arrived in my post early Tuesday morning.

I'd never heard of Activesport but, as a keen cyclist, I shall check this company out in future for all my cycling needs before buying elsewhere.

This has to be the worst online experience that I have ever had in 10 years of online shopping. The order was not dispatched on time and it took two weeks to reach me. When it arrived it was only a partial delivery as the other item wasn’t in stock although it was advertised online and payment has been taken. They then had no clue when it would be in stock. Eventually I had to ask for a refund. Customer service is non-existent, there might be one guy responsible for reading emails, but he is certainly not responsible for answering them. If you ring them up you’ll probably speak to someone who learnt his skills by watching Basil Fawlty (‘yes . . . well what do you want’). The ironic thing about this experience is that when the item arrived by post it came with a note ‘please tell the world how good we are’. Well I hope you enjoy this review.

I ordered the item a few days before form Germany and received the item a few days later, therefore I say the delivery is top. Furthermore the item has an excellent quality, because it do his job very well. The only small point is, that the package was damaged, because of the Jiffy Bag. But the function is excellent, so it does not count on this little point.

DO NOT USE!!

I purchased a giant trance x4 from this company. I waited 4 weeks for the bike to be delivered, after countless phone calls (which were 1 way only with no return calls as promised) i requested a refund as different excuses kept being given as to why the bike had not been delivered. The staff are very rude and do not seem to understand why i was concerned, even though they had over £1000 of my money in their possession and yet not even a courier tracking number could be provided. I got a refund in the end, after a formal dispute was issued through my bank. Save yourself alot of risk and hasstle and don't use.

Fast delivery, keen pricing

Goods ordered on Sunday, arrived on Wednesday - which is very good service. Only downside was a rather strange customer service experience. We didn't get a confirmation of the payment or the order and contacted the company to check all was in order. Mr Angry was manning the telephone and was extremely unhelpful. So good delivery performance but terrible customer service.

Poor customer service

Bike was good value, and delivered promptly.

A bolt was missing.
Contacting the email address given in the paperwork was - pointless, no action, no reply, I presume it isn't even read.

Phoned, the wrong bolt arrived next day.

Despite three subsequent phone calls they failed to delivered a replacement for the missing bolt. Went and bought a bolt to have bike ready for my son's birthday.

Telephone manner needs work. Wouldn't use them again.

They are offering "rewards" for good reviews which seems very unusual, so take the other reviews with a pinch of salt.
