I rented a car through REntalcars.com and Addcar rental gave out the car in Helsinki and the checkout was without problems and the car was in perfect condition. I dont have any problems recommending addcar. I saw many other Addcar in the parking lot and they all seemed new and in good condition
I've been treated very well by the staff at the airport and the parking. I was lucky to get a brand new VW GOLF, it was very clean and in a good condition. The other cars on the parking looked good as well. We got a bit lost on the way back (quite late in the evening) and called the 24h help-line, the call was answered straight away and we were explained how to find the place.

Car booked through rentalcars.com and prepaid. No office at Vilnius airport (pick-up location), and GPS not available although booked. Upon return to Vilnius city, it turns out that dedicated drop-off location/office has been closed for 6 months! Then have to bring car to hotel in the old city, a nightmare without GPS and with a host of one-way streets, to arrange parking and later pick-up by rental company. A bad experience, never to be made again with this provider.
I booked a car for my girlfriend who was going to visit some family, i used rentalcars.com and found addcarrental that had the car that i was looking for at an acceptable rate. The booking is started and paid upfront and i recieve a confirmation with instructions to bring it to the arrival airport.
My girldfriend arrived with her 4 year old daughter pretty late, so this is one of the times where you just want the car to be there. It wasn't! The office is closed and the instructions say that someone will be waiting there at the specified time, no one was there. The phonenumber of the person that should supposedly be there was included, no answer. Its amazing as their bookingprocess involves telling them the actual planenumber which i did, and the plane was even a little bit ahead of schedule.
My girlfriend calls back to me because she is standing in a foreign country, i go to the company website and find a 24 h support telephone number, not hidden away they are bragging that you can always get a hold of them, and here i am 2 hours later after so many tries to the 24h hotline and all other phonenumbers listed, and had to tell my girlfriend to just give up and take a taxi to a nearby aquaintance where they will spend the night and we will have to sort out this car business tomorrow.
I wouldn't recommend addcarrental.com to anyone even if they have competetive prices i would go to a company that doesn't leave you stranded in an airport after a long day of travelling with a child.
