Different information every time...

I cancelled my policy with admiral after being quoted double the amount for my policy than an alternative provider.

I need to send my new insurer my renewal notice but as my policy has cancelled before the renewal date, they are stating they can't send this.

I've now called more than 3 times to try and get proof of my no claims bonus and have been given different information each and every time. I am now being told that I can't get proof of my no claims until the end of the policy which will mean that I won't receive this in time for my new policy to start, invalidating it.

I have had nothing but terrible service since I took out this policy and I can't believe it took me so long to move insurers.

Don't get a multicar policy!

Standard insurance for one car, they can do. Multicar policy? It's a total scam. You can insure two cars far cheaper individually with other insurers than using Admiral for a multicar policy. Don't fall into the trap. Just insure each car on it's own. The renewal rates are a joke.

annual car insurance fiasco

having to go through the annual game of silly insurance premium increases is crazy.

why can't they simply be transparent and honest and quote the price that will keep your business.

anyway, they lost the business.

Great service

Rang up and dealt with Dan Miner who was very helpful, and did everything possible to make sure my enquiry was dealt with as smoothly as possible. Where he did not know the answer, he sought assistance so that he could give me an accurate answer. Very impressed with the service received.

Lack of people skills

Rang up to take out a policy, customer services rep. was very aggressive in her manner. When i refused a certain part of the policy she was very condescending and as the above review states, our conversation veered off towards an argument too! Not what you expect from a 'professional' outfit.

Not Customer Focused

Tried to add a claim onto my insurance even though it never happened - turned into an argument with the customer service rep which you don't expect when your a customer
